Welcome to your Oceanside oasis at Pe-1724, a stunning beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. This 3,600-square-foot property boasts six luxurious bedrooms, each with its own king or queen bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for up to 14 guests. Five full bathrooms and one half bathroom are thoughtfully designed for your convenience and privacy.
Step into the spacious living room, where a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, perfect for family gatherings or overnight guests. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects to the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Pe-1724, with a private deck, BBQ grill, and fire pit, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and evening gatherings. The rooftop deck provides panoramic ocean views, while the private spa invites you to unwind and relax.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
