To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing condo in Kihei!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed a respite from my daily life, and looked to Maui to find it. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with Kihei akai c304! while the building complex itself was unassuming, this was an entirely remodeled, one bedroom condo that was exactly as advertised, and honestly, even better than I expected. It had all the amenities I needed (eg. a washer/dryer, beach chairs, full kitchen, air conditioning) was 2minute walk from beach, and honestly I couldn’t have been happier to have found this place. I filmed whales breaching at sunset from the balcony. I will def be bookmarking this place and coming back. Thank you!

1 week Nov stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with our 1 year old. The apartment was easy to babyproof by moving the few breakables, and PMI provided a pack and play and booster seat. the unit was quiet, no issues with hearing neighbors, and the AC worked great. Everything was clean except some of the kitchen items, which was probably caused by previous guests not cleaning well but putting things away. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was convenient, we loved just crossing the street for the beach. Only disappointment was no snorkeling equipment. I was expecting it because it was mentioned in the contract, but when I contacted PMI after I couldn’t find it I was informed that they had stopped providing it for sanitary reasons and the contract just hadn’t been updated. there are many places to rent equipment though, so not a big deal. Overall this was a great place to stay and I’d definitely return!

Even though it is in Kihei, it is just next to Wailea, nicest area in the island IMO.The condo is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as beach things: buggy boards, beach towels, chairs, toys, etc.It was very clean and updated and the beds are very comfortable (sofa bed too!)The only thing we didn’t really like were the bath towels, wich they were new but very cheap quality. Very happy overall and I will recommend this condo to anyone.The home owner is very attentive and quickly replies to all your messages.Thank you for everything!

This unit was perfectly equipped with everything we needed - from dining utensils, beach items, and more. The location was great to experience the entire island. While we couldn’t see the beach directly from the unit, we loved the view of the ocean. The location was within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and beaches. PMI was great to work with, responsive and accommodating when we asked for an extended checkout time.

AMAZING RENTAL! YOU MUST STAY HERE!

I appreciated the small details of the place (ocean themed such as blue towels and even down to the hand soap!). The place was very clean and I really appreciate that they had a full stocked/organized kitchen.The management was also very helpful when I had questions and responded really quickly. This place was my boyfriend and I's favorite rental we've ever stayed in. Also bonus: you can see the beach from the balcony. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Home away from Home in Kihei!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love C304 at Kihei Akahi. We stayed last year at the same time and will now be our go to The condo has everything we need. Unfortunately this time round we had 2 condo's under construction right next to us and the noise was very loud from 8am in the morning. Not very relaxing. We are just hoping it will be finished by May when we return. Also have to say that Matt does a fantastic job with paperwork and any questions I may have. He is always available and I get a very quick response.

The location was great bc we could walk right across the street to get to the beach. All of the furniture was modern and I was impressed by how open and bright all the rooms were even though the place wasn’t huge. They used the space wisely. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Maui
