This cozy chic home is the perfect choice for your upcoming trip to CSU and Old Town Fort Collins! It is within walking distance to the CSU campus and stadium, a 15-minute stroll to Old Town Fort Collins and centrally located for those who wish to explore the area further. Just imagine visiting Downtown or the CSU Campus easily on foot, enjoying local food and music, and then relaxing in our private and beautifully restored guest house. You will adore the rustic-ruggedness of this cabin-like home, right in the heart of Fort Collins!

Immaculately remodeled and designed, this 1 bed/1 bath guest suite has kept its historic charm while being updated with the finest of luxuries. It features a cozy living area, efficiency kitchen, 3/4 European-style bathroom and a quaint bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It is beautifully designed and perfectly located so that you may explore the best of Old Town, then head back to enjoy a quiet evening with everything you need.

So, pour yourself a glass of wine, spark up the gas grill and enjoy a fresh home-cooked meal on the beautiful private fenced patio with the glow of string lights all around. You will love our quiet and charming neighborhood!

This home features:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 4

OUTDOOR LIVING: Stone patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill, outdoor firepit, complimentary cruiser bikes

INDOOR LIVING: 50” TCL Roku Smart TV with Xfinity package (140+ channels), bar-top with seating for 2

KITCHEN: Efficiency kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: ¾ European-style bathroom with stand-up shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

GENERAL: Private entrance, free WiFi, washer/dryer (in the bedroom), keyless entry, central heating, window air conditioning unit, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two dedicated parking spots off the alley. Parking is to the left of the garage noted by “Guest Parking” signs.

NOTE: The owners live in the front/main part of the home with their own private entrance, yard, and parking which is rarely used. You have the full, private use of the entire 1 bed/1 bath guest house with private entrance.

NOTE: This home sleeps two comfortably but there is also an air mattress in the living room for guests 3 and 4. It may be a bit snug.

Feel like a local! Great location!

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a designated parking spot by the garage but also accessible street parking. Walking distance to campus as well as many restaurants. We used the grill one night to cook burgers and found the kitchen well equipped for our needs. We planned on using the bikes to hit the trails and do some brewery hopping but one of the bikes had a blown out innertube. We ended up renting bikes for the day and had no problem riding from the house around town using the many bike lanes and trails. We would definitely return to this property!

In between at Ft Collins

My adult son and I stayed here as he was moving to a new job in Ft Collins, and it was a great platform to land during the move. Great (although small) space for a couple or close family.

Small, but mighty!

This place was perfect for my husband and I as we explored FOCO for a week! Had everything we needed and check in/check out was a breeze! We also used the bikes a ton and mostly used them to get around town!

Perfect place by the CSU campus

We stayed here while we dropped our daughter off at college, it was good for two of us, but any more would have been a tight fit, is a very cute but small place. Unit was very cozy and clean. It met our needs perfectly, though as we were out and about in the town and pretty much just slept at the place.

Fort Collins Colorado stay

Very clean, quiet with great location. Would recommend improving the lighting when coming in from the alley after dark. The motion lights don’t stay on long enough and more need to be added. Thanks, Teddy

Location to town excellent

The unit was darling and very clean. The neiborhood was fun to walk and it was close enough to town to enjoy many coffee shops in the morning and restaurants at night.if there was a negative, it was the small sink and shower. Cute but very small.

Tiny house cottage

I wanted so much to love this cottage from the darling photos, but several things felt “off.” We arrived after dark and had trouble navigating the fenced in, slate rock path, from the alley. No lighting until we were halfway down the path. Didn’t feel a sense of welcome. The main living area/kitchen was sweet, clean with nice, higher end finishes throughout, comfy couch and easy to access Netflix, etc. The bathroom was compact as others have noted especially the sink. A future enhancement could be anti-slip bath mats including one by the sink. (We used folded towels) All toiletries and linens were well stocked. Our primary issue was the bedroom - it felt so cramped and not special in any way (except the artwork). Having a full sized washer dryer in the bedroom made it feel like you were staying in the back room of a relative’s house. It was challenging to get in and out of the bed given tightness of space. I think moving the antique chest of drawers out and creating a closet for the washer dryer would make a big difference aesthetically and allow easier access to and from the bed. Bed was comfortable, linens clean and soft. Ceiling fan was lovely at night. Lastly, the outdoor furniture was still covered up with a tarp from the winter and covered with dirt. The cushions underneath were dirt covered too. Just looked unloved. We were looking forward to coffee outside given photos. Again wanted so much to love this tiny house but just seemed to need some TLC.

cozy and close to campus and town

This is a great little place. Very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is quite compact, especially the bathroom. Perfect for 2, but might be a bit of a squeeze for 4. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable. Campus is an easy walk at a couple blocks away, and there are restaurants and grocery stores a short walk as well.

Grandmum's cottage

I loved the little cottage! The tiny bathroom sink and the countertop dishwasher were two hints that I was in a place designed for a small group of people. Our family has six members, so a small and cozy living space is a unique experience for me. Quiet, peaceful, cozy during the snowstorm. Would stay again for sure!

Cute and Cozy - all you need!

I could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Groceries were also close. The apartment is small, but it was everything we needed! Bed was not uncomfortable, but on the firm side. Clever storage in the bedroom held all my stuff neatly!

Old Town delight!

This is a great place to stay while you are in Fort Collins. You can easily walk to the local coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. One of my favorite places to have stayed while I vacationed in Colorado.

Perfect Little Spot for Two

I stayed here with my 18 yo son as we moved him into the dorms at CSU. Because he needed to use the air mattress, the place was definitely crowded. However, it was perfect once he was gone! The house had everything I needed, and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. The location was at the edge of old town with everything in walking distance yet tucked away and quiet. I would certainly stay here in the future, and I recommend it to anyone travelling alone or with a partner.
