Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you in the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom in this three bedroom three full bath condo at Dunes of Seagrove in Seagrove Beach. Located on the fourth floor, with no units above you and higher ceilings than units on the lower floors, this comfortable contemporary style unit has floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto your private, oversized gulf front furnished balcony.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the family or whipping up a gourmet meal for a romantic occasion or sunset gathering with a few friends. The kitchen offers bar-height seating for four and opens up into a spacious living/dining room.

The living room has a large cozy sectional couch that invites you to sit and visit with your family, curl up with a good book, or take a nap. Balcony access is located off of the living room with comfortable new furniture.

The large master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large flat screen TV, sitting/work area, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf

Daily beach umbrella and two chair setup service is included in the rental. Two bikes are also included - conveniently available for pickup on property. Please note bike and beach service providers are on property March-October.

Fantastic Family Vacay

This place was awesome! We loved the location. Just steps to the beach and even a short walk for morning coffee and donuts! If you are wanting a great family getaway to a great beach location, this is the place!

Condo is great! Has washer/dryer, mattresses are really comfortable, has all the kitchen/cooking utensils you need, huge balcony and overall very spacious. Wonderful pool and easy access to the beach. Love having chairs and umbrella included. Fitness center is very nice and even has sauna. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The condo exceeded our expectations!! It’s beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need! Allen made the check in process so easy!!The location is excellent!! The property has 2 gorgeous pools! It’s fabulous that the owner includes 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs!!We will definitely rent this again! Our family made wonderful memories there this week!!

Amazing time!

The Broughton's condo was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the large balcony with the great ocean view. We spent a majority of our time there as we were visiting during uncharacteristically rough tides. Each room having it's own bathroom was also a great addition. Some of the additional amenities that we enjoyed were the covered parking spot and dog areas, pool and hot tub were fantastic, easy access to the beach, elevator access and very little traffic. We traveled with our toddler, our dog, and 3 older family members so every aspect of the condo was perfect for our family. We hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful place!

This place was so amazing. Clean as a whistle, beautiful, the best appliances and furnishings possible, plenty of room, the largest balcony I’ve ever seen on the beach…….we had a blast and will definitely be back. Owners were amazing as well. Thanks

Good Times

Everything was great. Elevator was busy all the time had to use the steps a lot. The ottoman in living was broken upon arriving. Refrigerator drawers were also broken and you had to be careful opening.

Wonderful!

We loved our week in this condo! It was perfect for our family. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival but the owner was exceptional in responding and resolving! I would most definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-oriented environment. And I can’t wait to take my family again!

Lots of little things

There were lots of little things that just added up. No security chain / bar / deadbolt to lock when in the unit. Tile was chipped everywhere making me feel like I constantly needed to sweep, but there was nothing to sweep up. Pillows had hairs on them, when housekeeping brought fresh linens, the new lines had hairs all in the tape holding them wrapped. Waze directions were off by 6 miles. All in all not a horrible stay, just a lot of small little things kept adding up.

Hello Jim, sorry about the issues with your stay. Not sure what to say about Waze, or what you entered into it, but as stated in my intro packet putting Dunes of Seagrove into any of the mapping apps takes you right to the property. Apologies for the dog hair, and as we discussed, yours will be the last dog visiting Dunes - keeping it clean had not been an issue - but now that it is, going pet free again. Was my understanding the Kaba keyless lock could be secured from inside, but will confirm on next visit. Thanks for coming and have a great 2022.
