Location, Location, Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did I mention this rental is in a great location?! Near the pool, walking distance to the beach, eateries, shops, tennis courts and family that live near by, couldn't ask for a better location. It has everything you'd need for cooking in, if you'd like. Lots of room for a big family.

Clean, modern, nicely decorated and stocked. The beach truly is only a 4 minute walk away. Great area, not as busy as Sea Side but close enough if you want to be in the mix you can be. Great restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream close by.

Great Place to Stay!

This house is located in a great spot with access to a lot of activities! Beach access is really easy and private!! We will look at staying here again.

Perfect spot for the family!

We really enjoyed the quiet street without cars flying by as we have small children. The area is so convenient with everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place!

This location and property is amazing. Very close to the beach and to all restaurants. Very clean and beautiful. We all had lot of fun.

This townhome was so nice and clean. Great location to everything. Communication with owner was outstanding. They always responded right away if I had any questions. Santa Rosa and surrounding area are beautiful. We will definitely be going back and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the Beach!

Very clean and close to the beach. Unfortunately the umbrella and all of the boogie boards were broke, but other than that it was great!

Everything We Needed

My children and I stayed here for three nights in July 2023 and enjoyed everything about our stay. The community and this property had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this location!

Great place, location and safe neighborhood

We loved our stay there for one of our friends weddings, the location was just a few minute walk to the beach, a lot of cool shops right around the corner, a great coffee/breakfast shop, some awesome restaurants across the street as well. Only thing I wish they had was some ice in the freezer but that was not a big deal but overall no complaints as far as the VRBO stay. Would definitely stay here again next time we are at Santa Rosa Beach.
