Restored 1816 Home with Private Courtyard, Parking by Lucky Savannah

Guests are sure to feel Savannah's change of pace in this two hundred-year old home located in the National Landmark Historic District. Up to five Lucky guests will enjoy three bedrooms and an impressive private outdoor area, making Jasmine Place ideal for families and close friends.

Park your car in a safe and secure spot behind the home and enter into your slice of Southern charm. A living room with ample seating and flat screen TV is your new gathering spot as you plan your day. Upon your return, open the French doors to the patio and enjoy the sounds of historic Savannah.

A full kitchen makes cooking easy, with granite countertops and a dishwasher. A wine fridge keeps bottles cool while you're out exploring. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining room, which comfortably seats six guests. Keurig on property.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The first guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample closet space to unpack and feel at home. The second guest room has a Full size bed and beautiful views of the town. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, accessed from the hall. The primary bedroom is towards the end of the hall and gives two lucky guests plenty of space to sprawl out and feel pampered. The primary bath is en suite and boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Outside, enjoy sweet tea in the courtyard while taking advantage of the grill for dinner. Jasmine Place is the perfect place for families or close friends that might as well be family.

Spend your days walking the cobblestone streets of the river front. Grab a drink to go in the City Market area while you pop in and out of shops on Broughton Street. Take a pedicab down to the Forsyth Park area and play local for a night at one of the well-frequented restaurants off the beaten path. Jasmine Place is central to it all!

Location Was Great

My husband, 2 1/2yr old and I stayed for 5 nights. The location was fantastic, the dedicated parking spot and courtyard were great bonuses. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest issue was the mattresses, they are fairly firm and we weren’t fans of them.

Christmas Vacation

Had a wonderful time in Savannah. House worked well for our family of five with adult children. Mostly walkable and central to all we wanted to see in our three day stay.

Lovely home in Historic District

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

Well-appointed, comfortable stay in great location

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on Bay Street, close to plenty of dining options. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Had to call the property manager for a couple of minor issues and they were always courteous and prompt.

Great Spot

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

Great location

Overall very good just don't forget the coffee and creamer please. Wanted to enjoy some in the wonderful courtyard but wasn't available. Great location, would stay again.

Perfect Place

Charming house built in the early 1800's and located in the historic district. Easy walk around the district, but we also enjoyed using the Hop On, Hop Off bus for the historical tour. The river walk is across the street. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Vic's on the river. We loved our stay.

Amazing stay in Savannah

Great Place!!! We had our 1st sisters trip in our 50’s. It was a beautiful home super clean. 1 block off the river walk which was amazing. Also this location comes with a parking spot this is a huge bonus in Savannah. I highly recommend doing a trolley ride the 1st or 2nd day. Lucky Savannah was a great company to book with very responsive, and super sweet employees. We loved this Vrbo and trip

Great location

Loved the location and charm of this lovely home. Easily walk to so much! Our one wish would be for a king sized bed in the main bedroom, with a softer mattress. The mattress was incredibly firm and we both did not sleep both nights. There was construction next door but it did not bother us.

Very clean and cozy

Impeccably clean, beautifully renovated, cozy, includes all the comforts of home. Windows are older, so can be noisy at night, for some. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay in Savannah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The place was within walking distance of the water, most tourist attractions, and restaurants. It was very clean and just as pictured. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood; we walked most places to Leopold’s, Forsyth Park, the river etc., and had no issues. We Olán to return.

The perfect house in the perfect location

We love everything about this house. Starting with the location. We felt secure, close to everywhere near Riverstreet. Clean, well-equipped, and comfy. We couldn't ask for more. Hope to stay there again one day. Thank you.

A beautifully renovated historic home!

This was a great location and property! I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms had fans, and the bathrooms were great. The AC worked really well. The only downside is that light sleepers would probably be bothered by some surrounding construction noise, especially on the master bedroom side, but that should be temporary. It's a lovely property with a designated parking space right behind it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jasmine Place was everything we hoped for & more! The house is beautiful, clean & fully equipped to make the stay wonderful. Off street parking was a huge plus as well. The house is walking distance to literally everything. We really enjoyed our stay & would absolutely love to vacation here again.
