Luxury 5 bdrm house. Amazing modern Beach home. So close to beach ,Just Steps from the ocean. Our house is a 15 min walk or bike ride to Seaside ( as seen in the Truman Show) . Located in OldSeagrove. All balconies have a partial ocean view. Bike included
3 story home with decks on each level and ocean view from all 3 floors. (Please read description for bed and bath layout)
1st floor: Bedroom 1
& 2 have king beds and 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed. 4th bedroom is bunkroom which includes 2 Xbox gaming consoles (sleeps 8 ) 5th bedroom covers the 3rd floor and has a pull out queen couch with super super comfortable foam mattress. Pull out couch with queen matress in living room on 1st floor too. This Luxury home has 2 kitchens one on the first floor with large island and a kitchenette on 2nd floor, near to bunkroom. Newly updated bathrooms and kitchens. Washer and dryer, WiFi, and smart TVs in all rooms. All towels included.

Floor 1: (bedroom1)king bedroom with smart tv. and half bath. Family room connected to the kitchen and laundry room also on this floor. Deck with outdoor grill.
Floor 2:(bedroom 2)bunkroom sleeps 8 ( 4 twins, 4 xl twins) bunkroom
Has 2 TVs 1 smart tv one for gaming console,
(Bedroom 3) queen bedroom with door to deck and smart tv,
( bedroom 4)king bedroom with door to deck and private half bath, smart tv ,
Newly remodeled separate full bath on 2nd floor with walk in shower sink and toilet, kitchenette including sink mini fridge and freezer, and microwave, bar and 2 seats.
Floor 3: (bedroom 5)large bedroom suite with pull out couch and comfy foam mattress,dining table that seats 4 , gaming console and smart tv, with private deck, full bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate toilet room. The pool shared with a couple of other residents in the neighborhood.

Nice House Very close to the beach.

We had a great time at this house. It is within walking or golf cart driving distance to the beach and everything you may need. I liked the balconies. We had a wonderful stay!

we loved our stay. awesome kitchen for cooking for a big group. such an easy walk to the beach. check out bathroom situation it is different but we didn't mind.

Wonderful property!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, and drive to Seaside for restaurants and shopping. House is just as advertised with lots of space for big families. There was even a few beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Ashlee was a great host in constant communication with us. Will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway!

Nice and cozy little spot to relax and unwind! Plenty of room to accommodate our group. The only issue was there wasn’t quite enough bathrooms. Would’ve been better if I wouldn’t have had to go upstairs to shower. Overall it was a nice place to rent!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful week. House was lovely. Close walk to the beach and the pool. Communication with owner was excellent. Loved, loved the outdoor shower. There were 10 in our group so each family group had their own floor. Would recommend this house without hesitation.

30A getaway

Property is spacious and in close proximity to the public beach entrance. Conveniently located next door to bike rentals and coffee shop. Owner was easy to get ahold of, responded quickly and gave great suggestions

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights in October. The home is extremely well decorated, and the location can't be beat. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, approximately 1-1/2 miles from Seaside, and less than a 15 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. The outdoor shower was wonderful in the cool October mornings. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Close to everything. Beach is across the street. The house was even nicer in person than the photos. We loved the swimming pool, beach and shopping that were so close walking distance so even the 3 yr old 11 and 13 year olds traveling with us walked or biked everywhere. The house was my dream space! Clean and so beautifully decorated. The perfect beach home. Such a beautiful house - it was hard to leave!

Beach Bliss

The beach house not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach access was very convenient. The homeowner Ashlee was very much available if we had any needs arise or questions. Will definitely book again. Thank you for the memories.

Great home and great location.

Perfect spot for a group of 13. Plenty of room. All the cooking supplies you need. Excellent communication with the host. Super close to beach. Everything we needed. Very short walk to seaside. We loved the location as it was a way from the hustle and bustle of seaside but close enough to think you were right there in the middle of it. Quiet location and short walk to the beach. Just perfect.

Great house, great location!

My family of 8 adults, 3 teens, and 1 child spent a week in this house and we had a wonderful time! We had all the necessities and lots of space indoors and outdoors to spread out. We were in a convenient location for a quick walk to the beach, pool, cafe, and a convenience store. It was also a quick trip down to Seaside for dinner and shops. Ashlee was a great host and was responsive to my questions before and during the stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had no issues and would happily stay here again! Thank you!

This house was set-up perfectly for our 6 teens and 3 couples. The proximity to the beach and the location in general, which was about a mile from Seaside, was ideal. Ashlee is exactly who you want as a host and she was more than accommodating and responsive. We have been coming to 30A for 5 years now and this was our first time outside of Rosemary Beach. We would rent this house again every year no question!

AMAZING LOCATION and GREAT AMENITIES

The best thing about this house is the location to everything ! It’s also adorably decorated and super clean and has everything you need. This house was set-up perfectly for our 3 couples. It was about a mile from Seaside which was ideal. Ashlee the owner is accommodating and responsive answered anything we might need including recommending things to do in the area. We have been coming to 30A for 10 years now and this was our first time outside of seaside. But this house was so much better to be right near Seaside without all the crowds. Loved the outdoor shower This is a quiet street and the beach across from the house has room to enjoy. We would rent this house again every year!! It was our favorite stay. Thank you for helping us make great memories!!!

Cozy but not quiet

Such a cute house with enough space. However there isn’t an indoor space to sit for a meal together. There is an out door space but the outdoor furniture is very weathered. Also having one more shower inside would be helpful, though we didn’t mind sharing (only 2 full baths in the house). The beach is close but crossing 30A is not easy and the road is always very loud even through the night. Sound machines helped for sure! Ashlee is awesome and very prompt with communication! Everything seemed clean and stocked very well! Had a great time overall!

Thank you so much for review. New seat cushions for the outdoor large table and chairs were ordered, but since you were the first guest of the season, they had not come in yet I apologize Amazon was slower than quoted delivery time. The bedrooms aren’t on the 30 a side so depending on what time you go to sleep, it always quiets down by about 10:pm On 30A though. Plenty of indoor space for visiting and getting together and enough space to sit and eat there is just two smaller tables instead of one big one on the inside. I hope you’ll visit us again. We strive to meet everybody’s expectations.

Great Beach Stay

The best thing about this house was it's proximity to the beach. Directly across the street, and just a short distance from a couple of access points. We were able to watch fireworks up and down the coastline from our top floor deck. The outdoor shower was our first stop coming home from the beach, and felt refreshing as well as practical. Double check the bedroom/bathroom configurations if that's important to you as it's a little unconventional. We paid extra to bring our dog and wish we'd known that dogs are NOT allowed on the beach without a permit (only locals can gain permits). Another tip I'd share is that during peak season, beach spots fill up early in the AM so either plan to mark your spots early or hire a local group that will set them out for you by 5:30 AM. We were happy with South Walton Beach Chair Guys.

Across the street from beach access

Great property across the street from the beach. Easy access on Campbell street. We were able to rent beach chair set up from a vendor there it was great! Community pool access as well. Cute shopping areas next door as well. Property owner was very nice and helpful with suggestions.

Seaside Beach house

Property was in perfect location to beach and Seaside center. Awesome having a pool in the neighborhood. House was very spacious and loved the upper level deck people watching and seeing the Gulf. Ashlee was a great owner/host with lots of local recommendations. Will definitely stay again next visit to area.

Near the beach

Close to everything and amazing weather! I recommend getting a golf cart to go into seaside, the parking situation has definitely changed. Ate at a few places like the back porch, stinky fish camp and the great southern. All very near and the view of the beach was terrific from the home. I would come back here because the experience was great!
