We strive to maintain high standards for all our guests, so we would like to clarify the facts regarding this stay for future guests: • Timely Reporting: Our team is available 24/7 to resolve any issues immediately. However, none of these concerns were brought to our attention during the first 3 nights of your 4-night stay. We were only notified on your final day, at which point we immediately dispatched our staff to assist. • Electrical Panel: When your husband called regarding a tripped breaker, he politely asked where the panel was located so he could reset it himself. Our team did not direct anyone into an unsafe situation. • Property Maintenance: Our home receives regular professional cleaning, pest control, and AC maintenance. The claims of mold and infestation are entirely false. • Staff Treatment: While our team was on-site quickly attempting to help you on your last day, they were unfortunately subjected to repeated racially discriminatory language from you. We strictly maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or discrimination against our staff. We take great pride in our property and remain dedicated to providing a welcoming, top-quality experience for all respectful guests.
