Beautiful property and very close to all the action on Balboa Island. Great gathering spaces for our girls' weekend. We had an issue the first evening with soiled sheets for the pull-out sofa, but the situation was rectified.

Not only was the house amazing but the host was as well, they had their personal bikes that they even allow those who rent to use .small things were done that really matter to a person like me. They had snacks water and sodas ready for the guest and water next to our beds which really shows the amount of care they put in for guest. Truly felt like I was staying in at a five star hotel. House was super clean and walking distance from everything.

Stunning home and amazing location! Balboa Island is a gem and this property had so many amenities that we enjoyed. The rooftop was a beautiful place to unwind and watch the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Stunning home in a perfect location

Absolute dream vacation on BI, the pictures don’t do this home justice, it’s one of the prettiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The house has so many spots to visit and relax.

Our favorite place!

We have been coming to Balboa for years and this is definitely our favorite place so far. The location is perfect and the home is absolutely gorgeous and fully equipped for the ultimate vacation

Beautiful home, spacious, updated, and family friendly. Very nice location on the island and convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. Communication was excellent with the owner and appreciated. The area is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend as we hope to come back and stay here again in the future!

Absolutely luxurious property in an amazing location that has clearly gone all out on the little details. It came equipped with anything you could possibly need or want. There were ziplock bags, chip clips, every type of cup or glass imaginable. Beds and pillows were incredible, couch and blankets were so cozy, and even the towels and bathroom rugs were all so soft, fluffy, and clean. Hair curlers, lotions, body sprays, feminine products were all available. We enjoyed taking the bikes for a ride around the island. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart that we used for an afternoon on the beach by the pier. Coffee, food, and shopping were right around the corner. It’s advertised as 3 bedroom but the master has an extra little room with a bed and wardrobe area. It was even better than the photos showed. Getting in and out was easy. Communication with the host was easy. No crazy checkout instructions. Highly recommend this rental, we hope to come back as soon as possible.

Great home on the island!

This is our 2nd time booking this home. We absolutely love the location, the condition of the Oran’s the little extras. We stayed on the island many times over 15 years. This will be our go to place to visit time and time again.

Could not recommend enough

Absolutely perfect stay! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very spacious. The location on Balboa Island was unbeatable—just steps away from everything. Super clean and beautifully maintained. Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! The host was also very responsive and great to work with!

Dream Home on the island

Not only was the house amazing but Deane and Rich are the most gracious hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better stay on the island and will 100% be back. Everything in the house was as pictured .. absolutely perfect!! Thank you for letting us create great memories on our summer escape from the AZ heat !!

Great Property

This house is amazing. So tastefully designed and decorated. All the amenities you could want in a Balboa island house. The Jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace are amazing. The outdoor dining area is great too. Comfortable beds, great common areas and the owners are great communicators. Would highly recommend.

Ah-Mazing House and Location

If we could give this house 10 stars, we would. We originally scheduled two nights and then added another. Deana was very responsive to my many questions. Check in was super simple. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the jacuzzi and of course everyone enjoyed the elevator. We used it as a dumbwaiter to deliver dinner up to the awesome 3rd floor deck. The bedding was so comfortable that my husband inquired about the brand of pillows so that we could purchase the same. Additionally, the location was perfect for us- a block off Marine- so easy walking distance to the market and restaurants. The house came equipped with bikes which came in handy for beach days. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Perfect balance of exquisite luxury and comforts of home

This home is truly perfect! The location is AMAZING!!! Close to all. The house is built so beautifully and they have thought of everything here!!! Anything you could possibly need is here. Just bring your food and family/friends!!! You will feel at home no matter the weather. For cozy days there are games, fireplaces, thick “yummy”blankets and couches galore. Towels a plenty for your beach days and jacuzzi nights. Beds are so very comfortable. Quality linens. Top of the line appliances. Rooftop deck at sunset made for stellar photo memories. Host is perfect balance of attentive when you need and allows you to enjoy your stay like it’s your own home otherwise. Just a truly wonderful experience!!! Highly reccommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Thanksgiving on Balboa

Great modern house on Balboa. One block off main drag and close to coffee shop and restaurants. Top deck is perfect for family dinner and sunsets. Everything was just as advertised. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing stay!

This was our second stay at the property and it was amazing as always. The home is decorated impeccably and always spotless, and the location can't be beat. In addition, the hosts go out of their way to make sure the stay runs smoothly . Thank you again already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing house

This house is gorgeous and met all of our needs. The kids enjoyed the video games and ping pong while the adults could enjoy the relaxing patios. We loved how it’s close to so many activities. Sad to leave!

Wedding vacation

Our family stayed on Balboa Island for a long weekend so that we could attend a family wedding and meet new in-laws. This VRBO was in a great location for us and had all the amenities to make our visit pleasant, fun and comfortable.
