We had a fantastic week at the beach! The thoughtful design of every detail in this home made our stay exceptional! The Primary suite was incredible, the rooftop deck was large and so fun to use day and night, the kitchen was stocked and the location was unbeatable. The team was responsive for any questions or small concerns. This house also has something that is extremely rare.. garage parking for 2 suvs and driveway parking. Cant wait to come back next year!

This is the 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. Each time it exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend for families with park and playground right outside your door. The beach is an easy 3 minute walk. The rooftop deck was wonderful with its own bathroom. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

i am not sure if the garage would fit a suv it did not fit our truck so plan accordingly. incredible property and very clean.

A perfect location for us and our two adult children and their partners. Listing was accurate. There's always a few little things at VRBO's (like needing more dishwasher pods etc.) ... hosts were very responsive on those. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this home. It was just as described in the listing. Great location, parking was an extra plus and the home is well furnished with everything you could need. The host was excellent and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location; a nice park across the street for kids and dogs, beach is a short walk away, and a strip mall with plenty of restaurant options.

Brian’s family and his team were so amazing helped with questions. Beautiful location, beautiful scenery. The pictures do not do it justice… very good place to get away for a few days relaxing environment rooftop is amazing. The views are beautiful. The whole house is spectacular. Will come back and stay again.

Amazing property and location and perfect hosts

Home was perfect as well as the location. Our entire family loved staying here for the 4th. Home was clean and perfectly set up for our family. We loved the roof top and the garage was stocked with everything you need for your trip. We used the bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs and wagon. Beautiful home and the hosts were attentive and excellent communicators.

This property was so beautiful with such cool beach California style!

We had a great time and loved the location! It was convenient to everything in the area plus only a short walk to the beach. There was all the equipment available for beach and biking plus we loved the park and playground across the street since we had young grandkids staying with us for a few days! Restaurants were all close and we loved the upscale shopping close by. We had friends staying new Laguna so we loved the easy access on to major roads and highways overall a fantastic stay in a beautifully decorated place!!

Property was beautiful in a perfect spot in Newport Beach. Park and Bay 100 yards away and beach a 2 min walk.

Amazing stay!

Great views! Love the modern layout of the house and all over decoration. The rooftop and view up there was spectacular! My kids are 10 and 14 and they enjoyed it just as much as we did. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be staying there again!!

Such a wonderful property! Extremely clean and owners / property management attentive to details. Highly recommend booking this property as you can’t beat the location and the service! We will for sure be back!

Amazing house

I went for a birthday weekend with friend and family. My 87 YO grandma loved reading her book in front of the sliding glass door and watching the park. The house had everything, even extra propane for when we used the bbq. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location, modern, lots of light, view of park

Great location block from beach and walk to nearby restaurants, homeowners very responsive, love the automatic shades, lots of windows letting in natural light, great rooftop deck, beds extremely comfortable, new appliances and well appointed, 4 bikes, great showers and a tub, great pressure heads in showers, very clean, would stay again

Newport

Convenient location, a bit loud at night, but that is the expected trade off for the location. Had everything we needed and some extra. The hosts made the process super easy. Will stay again.

This place is awsome

Great communications, easy access, well stocked, and awesome location. Nice park right outside. Beach a few blocks away. Kitchen has everything you need. Living room and bedrooms are very comfortable. And the top deck is spacious, and with incredible views. Looking forward to my next visit!

great location

Very cute, clean and hosts were amazing. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. Location was great . Two blocks to beach and across from park. Off a busy street so you can hear cars. Everything you need is provided. We will definitely go back.

Amazing property

This is our 3rd time staying and we will be back again many more times! Brian and Madison have become family to us and they are so attentive to every detail to make sure you have the best experience. Well worth the price and one of the best Vrbo stays I have been to!! Thanks a bunch and we will be back!

Gorgeous Property

Newport Point was absolutely stellar from the location to the decor, even the beds were amazing! We stayed there for a quick Spring Break trip with our three teens and really enjoyed it. Every detail has been thought of. The property truly has everything you need for a resort-like experience. The garage was stocked with nice bikes, beach chairs, fresh beach towels, perfectly pumped basketballs, paddle boards, and I even spotted a child bike seat for the bikes. It was truly exceptional and I am trying to figure out how I can stay for an entire month :) Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful way to bring in the New Year!

Absolutely beautiful home, location is great if you want to be away from the busy part of Newport Beach. The park across the street was very convenient for our dog. Charging outlet was ready to use for my car (Don’t forget to bring your charging cable!) We look forward to coming back again soon. Communication with Property Manager was excellent. I hate to say this because it’ll be harder to book in the future, but seriously don’t look any further and book this property!

Awesome Holiday Getaway!

We stayed over the Christmas / New Years Holiday. We had an awesome experience! Beautiful home. Great location. The hosts provide everything you could need. We used bikes, beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, stemware, plastic storage bags, etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved the multi-story unit. Our favorite part was the roof top seating area. A bonus is the park across the street. Great for walking dogs and people watching.
