Second time staying at this beautiful beach house. Everything is pristine and the air conditioning is beyond amazing. An abundant amount of kitchenware and utensils is very helpful for having a nice family dinner. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

An amazing home and an incredible weekend in Newport Beach! The check-in process was seamless, and our host was fantastic from start to finish. The house was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location on Balboa Island was unbeatable, with so much to enjoy just steps away. Every detail made the experience feel easy and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic home. Location is next to the Balboa Fun Zone and ferry. Just blocks from the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable home. I’m hoping to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bayfront home in Balboa! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location on the bay was perfect, and the views were incredible. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Would recommend this to anyone! Stayed with our family of six plus two grandparents. 8 in total. Loved being on the bayside and watching the boats. So peaceful. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Very roomy! Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and less than a block to the beach. Hope to make it back!

These picture don’t do the place justice. It’s an incredible indoor and outdoor space that is great for gatherings and just enjoying the water ! The fire pit is so nice at night as well as the dock that has a table and chairs. So much space for everyone ! The kitchen had so many supplies so you can actually cook! I’d absolutely rent again ! You can run across the street and be at the beach to watch the sunset which was a plus. We even saw a DOUBLE GREEN flash.

Beautiful unit right on the bay. Well equipped. Host very responsive to any questions. Great location to Fun Zone. Tandem garage which could fit 3 small cars was a bonus for that area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was amazing, we were able to put our paddle boards in right off the private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING property, location and owner!

This property is beautiful! It is in a great location: walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the Balboa Fun Zone. The property is decorated beautifully, very cozy and a great place to bring your family. The owner is so kind and very attentive. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Family Vacation

Loved the location and property. It was perfect for what we wanted. Had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone else who wanted a family vacation to Newport. Walking distance to the fun zone and the beach is huge for the kids!

This house is beautiful! We especially enjoyed use of the dock, the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful living/dining room, easy and nice TV for evening movies and outdoor seating area and fire table. We also greatly appreciated the use of the very clean garage and laundry. We highly recommend staying here if you would like access to the water and close proximity to beaches, the pier and ferries.
