Paddle-board to your own private bay front beach--2 Paddle-boards included in rental. Mesmerizing morning and evening sit-down views of the bay and historic Balboa Pavilion. The Balboa Pier and beach is located across the street (3 minute walk). Also located a 3 minute walk away--the Fun Zone, Balboa Peninsula Park, fire pits, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferry, jet ski rentals and The Catalina Flyer. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. LaCantina folding glass doors enable seamless indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the private extended patio / living space, fireplace, fire pit, BBQ, Ultra HDTVs with DirecTV programming. Ultra-clean with luxury furnishings, air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer and garage parking to support up to 3 vehicles in the garage--tandem (depending on size of the vehicles). Two bikes included. Dock slips are not included in rental; however, a charter on a Boston Whaler or Duffy can be arranged.

Fantastic Holiday

The pictures of the house do not do it justice - the downstairs is upgraded. The space is fantastic for families, and we can't wait to try to come back during the warmer months. The location is unbeatable - quiet and within walking distance of great restaurants and activities. The walls with the kids bedroom and the other unit is a bit thin, but the kids didn't notice. The outside is perfect for enjoying everything this area has to offer.

Amazing property

This property was perfect for a girls weekend! House is extremely clean, well organized and has well stocked kitchen. The outside area is excellent and nice to watch the boats in the bay. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that the wall between the front and back unit is very thin. The guests in the B unit played loud music much of the weekend which could be heard throughout the front unit. The property management was very responsive and had them turn off the music at 10pm.

Newport Girls Golf Trip

We loved this property. Location was great with the fun zone nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and house was equipped well. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit in the evenings.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

The home is beautiful! The photos of the living room are outdated so totally refurnished, modernized lkivingroom which just adds to the overall appearance. We could not have enjoyed the patio/balconies more as the harbor views are spectacfular with boats/ships passing by. Outdoor furnishings equally modern and comfortable. All amenities as described. Easy walk to oceanside of peninsula. Garage parking huge plus in this area. Would definitely recommend this home.

Everything we’d hoped it would be!

This place was just fantastic - a home away from home. Can’t imagine anything we would’ve needed that wasn’t there. Location was absolutely perfect for our family, it was tastefully furnished, and oh so comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Balboa Stay!

Very clean and functional. Great location to everything “Balboa. We enjoyed morning and sunset paddle board rides followed by a fun day at beach. Close walking distance to great restaurants, ferry, coffee, etc Owner was very helpful and responsive, we will come back!

Family Vacation

Loved the location and property. It was perfect for what we wanted. Had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone else who wanted a family vacation to Newport. Walking distance to the fun zone and the beach is huge for the kids!

Beautiful home in picture perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home with large private deck overlooking the bay. Great location with easy access to all the major areas of Newport. Perfect Balboa getaway! Hosts were Very responsive and welcoming. We will absolutely plan to come back again. Gorgeous home.

Beautiful property

The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was amazing, we were able to put our paddle boards in right off the private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Harbor View Retreat

Two families very much enjoyed this home right on the waterfront. Upscale, clean, well appointed. If the only negative thing to say was there was nowhere near enough bath towels (2) means we had an excellent time. Worth every penny.

Perfect Newport location for beach and boats!!

Fabulous property! Everything was as described, incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen, nice patio outside for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Having access to rent the Duffy was a great addition to our stay. The parking was easy with the long garage for our large suv, and just a block walk to the beach or restaurants. Would definitely come stay again!

Balboa peninsula

Great place in a great location. Everything was as advertised. Landlord was great to deal with. The only issue was HVAC. It needs to be adjusted with another sensor added downstairs. The upstairs gets hot while the downstairs stays very cool. It made for a chilly visit in the mornings getting that first cup of coffee in the kitchen.

Short Thanksgiving Break with Family

Wonderful views of the harbor and a block to the ocean the other way. Easy walk to restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. Lots of room for all 7 of us. Gourmet kitchen was used daily.

New Years Weekend

What a property! Clearly upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath home right on Balboa Bay with a private dock. Great patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the views of stunning Balbioa and the surrounding area. Living room is expansive also providing beautiful view. Thanks for everything!
