What a fabulous house for our adult family! Plenty of space for cooking, playing games and relaxing in individual spaces.The beach is a wonderful plus. Walking to coffee in the morning and taking a stroll for lunch was perfect. Thank you for sharing this GEM of a house our family! We appreciated every family memory we made.

Fabulous location!

Great location, with a ton of space in the main living areas to enjoy the vacation. We didn’t feel crammed in there, even though a lot of houses on balboa island are small. Highly recommend, we will be coming back!

Family getaway

Wonderful location. Quaint Island and town. Definitely a fantastic holiday destination.If you have a rental car it’s perfect for getting to sights in LA and Anaheim. Lovely home with classic vintage decor.

Amazing Family Vacation

We have been coming for years to Balboa and this house by far had the best outdoor patio with plenty of room and an amazing view! The house is somewhat old but very roomy and had everything we could need!! Loved the location!

Excellent location, walkable to everything. Public dock close by for Duffy boat. Our family had a lovely time exploring Balboa Island. The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Dream Home on the Island

This home on the island was spacious, had spectacular views of the Bay and plenty of fabulous rooms for everyone. Plus, easy access to shopping, restaurants and great walks. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Bay front home beautifully decorated in prime location. The elderly guests could walk to shops, church and the ferry.

Panoramic Views!

Perfect spot for a small family reunion. It’s perfect for 6-7 adults. A trundle bed is not ideal for a couple. Location could not be better!

Family getaway

Great vacation, enjoyed time on the water. Could walk to great restaurants and activities. Home was older and a bit dated but worked out fine. Needs to be a welcome book explaining the operation of the tv. With 4 remotes, it takes some trial and error to get it going. Thank goodness for the younger people.
