We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit again! Steven made the process from booking to checking very convenient and easy. The house and location couldn’t be in a better spot on Folly Beach! The marsh view from the rear deck is priceless!

Cute cottage in a great location

The house is old, but it was adorable. Decorated very cute. Everything we could possibly need was on-site. It was a quick trip, but we would stay here again!

Excellent location

The house is charming and the location cannot be beat. We appreciated being away from busier part of the town to enjoy the peace & quiet. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Best Birthday Getaway

This was truly a wonderful stay. Our host was communicative and thoughtful. The views were amazing. The house has everything you need to cook up anything from a small snack to a four course meal. We will definitely be coming back!

Rustic Quiet Beach House

Our family loved staying in this traditional Folly Beach house! Rustic, Quiet, Close to ocean and perfect for our family. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch and super close to the sand!

The house was well equipped - both the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The host was very responsive and patient with untimely questions. The view was mainly the marsh, but there is an ocean view from the front of the property. The house is so cozy and homey. We loved it.
