Stay @ The Good Life on Folly Beach

Thank you so much for the review, Arthur! Getting to spend a great family trip with three generations is so special, and we're thrilled The Good Life was the perfect home base for everyone. Hopping between the pool and the beach really is the ultimate summer trip. Thank you for choosing Charleston Coast Vacations. We'd love to host you and your family again next time!

Hi Deborah! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the incredible location, spacious balcony, beautiful views of the beach, pool, pier, and sunrise, as well as the large layout and two master bedrooms with balcony access. We’re sorry that the furnishings and some of the maintenance details did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the broken patio chairs, lighting, curtains, curtain rod, and bathroom fixtures to our attention, and we’ll share these items with our team and the owner for review. Thank you for choosing Charleston Coast Vacations, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay!

Thank you for the review! We will work on getting staple condiments in the home for guest use!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay at The Good Life! Unfortunately we only manage the individual condo, not the entire building but will pass this feedback over to the HOA! We hope to have y'all back to stay with us again soon on the Charleston Coast!

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at The Good Life! The bathroom updates really bring new life to this condo! We'd love to have y'all back to stay with us again on the Charleston Coast!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay at The Good Life! Beds tend to be a very personal experience and although we haven't heard other comments about beds, we'll keep this in mind when looking to updates! This homeowner has been steadily improving the condo and we'll add this to the list for new lighting and drapes! We'd love to have y'all back to stay with us again on the Charleston Coast!

We apologize for the confusion here, all the photos are updated and of the same condo. While the condo is in varying stages of updates (the oceanfront bathrooms are the most recent update), all photos on the listing are for this unit. There is no jacuzzi tub pictured, or present in the condo.

We apologize you weren't happy with your stay! We offered a couple different times to fix any issues this guest was experiencing, and we were denied as they were not a problem to their stay. We have a helpful staff on hand to help with any problems, and we are always happy to help!

We're sorry that this guest did not have a good time in The Good Life, as this is certainly not the type of stay that we hope guests have. Unfortuantely, this guest did not mention any of the problems to us during their stay. We have a helpful staff on hand 24/7 to assist with any problems, including purchasing hangers, or calling an HVAC company to assist with a struggling system. While the bathrooms were just remodeled, a full condo remodel is coming soon, and is in the works. Again, we wish we had been notified and given the chance to fix any issues that had been plaguing the guest, versus being notified weeks past their checkout date. Our keyless entry codes are customized for maximum security for both our guests and our homeowners.

Hi, Shawn! Thank you for the great review. We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at The Good Life. We hope to welcome you back again in the future. Thank you for choosing Charleston Coast Vacations.

We've spoken directly with this guest about experiences but we do have a helpful and friendly staff on hand 24/7 for issues and emergencies that our guests may experience. Unfortunately we did not hear from this guest during their stay, or we could have repaired most if not all of these issues!
