Quiet large designer studio with queen bed, large stone fireplace and French doors opening to private patio. Plus a sitting area with sofa bed and spacious dressing room and lavish oversize bath. Ideal for a or couple or three persons. No smoking or pets. Three day minimum rental. This serene property will bring you close to remembering and enjoying the Cape of olden days. No expense was spared in developing this finely detailed space.

Great location on a dead end street. Lloyd is a great host and the place was stocked with all sorts of snacks. Highly recommend.

We have been staying at Lloyd's Chatham cottage for several years; there is no other place like it. The charm, the location, and the ease with which we are able to arrive and depart are very refreshing. Thank you Lloyd and Jerry for your hospitality!

This place is lovely inside and out. Fresh flowers, art and books enhanced the experience. High quality bed and bath linens. Garden-like setting with bird watching galore. The owner is a generous, charming host who anticipates your every need.

Convenient location from beaches and downtown Chatham. Very quiet and serene. Host provided snacks and a mini refrigerator with juice, yogurt and fruit. Thank you for the hospitality!

A wonderful host who offers a relaxing well appointed stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The town of Chatham is cute and ended up being our favorite. And a short drive to get to town.

We spent three nights at Lloyd's lovely studio apartment while attending a wedding in Chatham. Lloyd was a delightful host. The studio is well-appointed and provisioned with several snack options and coffee. The location on a dead-end road abutting conservation land and overlooking the tidal inlet of Muddy River was very private and quiet. We enjoyed the flowers, trees, birds and bunnies. We'd love to return to this oasis next time we visit Cape Cod.

My mom and I absolutely love staying at “Uncle Lloyd’s”. He was so welcoming and kind it felt like staying with family. The property is quiet and serene. I enjoyed sitting on the private patio with a cup of coffee. The flat is appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. We can’t wait to go back up and visit again.

A fine and memorable stay

Our weekend at Lloyd and Jerry’s retreat was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable lodging experiences we’ve had in many years of travel. It’s a gentle, gracious, peaceful spot beautifully appointed with every convenience. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the Cape.

Were at the property to Thursday to Sunday for a wedding and the property was great. Lloyd was a huge help with restaurants and things to see and the place was perfect.

Quiet retreat, on the water

The suite is a completely private, waterfront stay. Whether you are getting away for some quiet work or want to sightsee and return to an elegant, peaceful setting, you will be glad you found this gem. The host has provided a delightful retreat for his guests.

Beautiful Chatham Location

This was a perfect spot for us. Close to beaches and restaurants! The view from our sitting area was amazing. He put personal touches everywhere and had everything you could possibly need! He stocked the entire place with snacks and goodies. We had are own private entrance with parking.

Lloyd went above and beyond to make my stay special. I had a lovely stay. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers from the garden which elevated the whole experience. Everything was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Communication was quick and thoughtful. Lloyd had great recommendations for someone from out of town. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area and I would love to come back again. Thank you Lloyd and Jerry!
