Such a charming place to spend time in beautiful Chatham. Right on Main Street so convenient but far enough back from the street so nice and private. The unit was spotless and our host was great communicating with us before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re on cape. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was great with restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. The unit was spacious with plenty of living room space and a large bedroom. Though it was on the main street of the business area, it was quiet. People with mobility issues should note it is on the second story and requires carrying belongs up a staircase. The private parking lot was very convenient and a blessing in a town that draws large crowds.

Fantastic, right on beach with everything you need nearby. Quiet this time of year. Plenty of beach toys and amenities for summer.cons: WiFi was sketchy, lighting was not thought out (nothing for small kitchenette bar/sink), minuscule freezer compartment in under counter fridge was completely frosted over and unusable. Kitchenette was an afterthought.

Our property is near, but not on, the beach, and we have a full kitchen with a full size refridgerator/freezer that is kept clean and accessible. Our condo is well lit, and wifi working. I think the guest may be confusing us with another property?

Incredible Location

Could not imagine a more convenient place to stay in Chatham. Heather was an incredibly pleasant and helpful host, and the unit was spacious and provided everything my wife, 4 year-old boy and I needed. Very reasonably priced for Chatham in the summer. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place on Main Street

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming downtown apartment. It was the perfect location in the heart of Chatham. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from shops to dinner, the beach and even the baseball field! It was super clean and super spacious with the kindest owners. We would highly recommend staying here as we hope to come back next year!

The apartment was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. When any issues came up they were quick to help and find a solution. The area was great with lots of good places to eat and some shops and a beach nearby. Would definitely rent from this host again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Heather’s place and we love it. Clean and comfortable and Heather is so great to communicate with. But the best feature has to be the location. Right in downtown Chatham just steps away from all the shops and restaurants. So convenient and the onsite parking is an awesome perk. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Spot in Chatham!

My family and I had a great time! The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, it was an easy drive to other places on the Cape. We loved the kitchen which was great to whip up a little snack or meal. Heather was responsive and friendly. Wonderful!
