Free parking! Newly updated and tastefully furnished condo located on the riverfront within walking distance to Broadway, CMA stages, sporting events, live entertainment and great restaurants. A short 15 minute walk or a $5 Uber will get you anywhere downtown..Broadway, LP Stadium (Titans), Bridgestone Arena (Predators and major concerts), Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame to name a few. Germantown offers fine cuisine and quaint coffee shops as well as the First Tennessee Park (Sounds) for baseball fans.

After a day of experiencing Nashville, relax in our quiet condo overlooking the river. We offer all the amenities of home along with parking, a swimming pool, outdoor firepit sitting and grilling area, laundry facilities and a gym. Our unit is also located on the biking/running/walking Riverfront trail. Walk down to experience Riverfront concerts in the summer and unmatched fireworks on the 4th of July and New Year’s Eve.

A small glitz

Condo was so nice! Clean, well maintained, and bedding was great (somehow a “biggie for us). Found it a bit frustrating trying to get information from the host. Somehow my info didn’t always reach her and when it did I would receive same response several times. Sine everything was going on through VBRO, I must have been with them. I would be comfortable recommending this condo.

Great location, short Uber ride to downtown.

The condo was quiet and we loved the location. Not having an elevator was tough. The bed was comfortable. Could definitely use a dresser and some shelf space in the bathroom.

Noise from above

Condo was okay. Noise was horrible and neither of us could sleep which made our stay very stressful. Not nearly enough coffee supplies or crackers. Furniture in living room almost impossibly heavy to move to spread out the sofa. Extremely difficult to move and unnecessarily heavy. Terrible footprints from above. The noise from above was hard to believe! Good news, Master bedroom quite quiet and kind of lovely except the chair in front of the table was about to fall apart and I didn’t dare touch it. The bathroom should have a rubber mat. There were a lot of dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Not a big deal, but they shouldn’t be there for the outrageous price you charged! Vicki, you seemed to be such a caring VRBO wonder that I was surprised at everything! Do you want to write back to me? I doubt that you have ever lived there, because then, you would have fixed some things, or never have bought it in the first place. Best, Terry is

Great Space on the River

We enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront condos. Short walk to several great entertainment locations. There was a lot of construction.. so driving would not have been fun.

Cute place

Close to downtown about 10 min walk, only downside is that the living room sliding door doesn't have blinds to block the sun coming in in the morning. Made it hard to sleep.

Nashville condo

Aside for the enormous amount of construction going on, the condo was good. Great being on the river with a small balcony. The entry code has 10 numbers, so be sure to write it down and have it with you every time you leave the condo. Addressed a few minor fix problems with property management which they said they would have fixed. It is about 1.3 miles to broadway street so have comfortable shoes and the ability to walk that far or grab an uber or lyft both directions daily. Overall, an okay place to stay for a few days!

While located on the outskirts, everything is walkable. The unit is adorable with a super comfy king bed, adorable deck with waterfront view, and birds chirping to greet your morning! Loved it!

Titans game

Great location with easy access to the Titans stadium. The Uber ride from the airport was about $45 with tip and then we walked to the game and downtown for meals. Nice view of the river from the deck. We didn’t stay out after dark, some areas were poorly lit and we didn’t want to be walking back to the rental in the dark. The host responded quickly, most of the condo looks updated except the bathroom. No real area to dine, recommend parties of two best fit for space. We’d stay here again.

on a calm river

Lovely and bright condo right on the river. We felt very safe walking everywhere. Close to Germantown and Broadway is just a lovely 20 min. walk along the river to where all the action is. Great bed and quiet sleeping. There is a train that goes by, but it didn't disturb us. Communication with Vicki was great when we had trouble with the access code. Key pad is inside the glass door, not the lockbox on the outside. We highly recommend.

Convenient Riverside property!

Beautiful spot overlooking the river ! Owner was easy to Connect and everything was as expected. A nice 20 min walk to downtown which was perfect. A great place for a few night stay!

Interesting Place

For every negative I can find a positive. Over-all, not recommended. Over priced and bad location. But just so you know: Pros & Cons: The location is on the north-side of downtown Nashville and very close to all the action downtown but you will need a car or rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc...) to get there unless you are into long walks in bad neighborhoods. The building is adjacent to a Jail Retention facility and you will see many rows of razor wire on the fences as you drive to the entrance of the condo. But parking is free. The Condo itself is very old. Built of cinder blocks. Looks like it was an old factory building that was converted to condos many, many years ago and has a mildew smell upon entry. But, the condo has been updated with paint and furnishing making it look very designer and modern. Looking out the back windows is very nice as there is nothing between you and the Cumberland River. It is fun to watch the Tug Boats and Barges maturing up and down all day long. But less than 100 yards away are active train tracks which are very, very active in the middle of the night. When I arrived, I found many light bulbs burned out. Lucky, I found extra bulbs in the Condo. I couldn't operate the TV in the bedroom because the remote was missing. The Shower provided Body Wash, Hair Conditioner and Shampoo but, the shampoo dispenser was totally empty. Part of your contract for the condo charges you for cleaning and it's not cheap. But I didn't find the nooks and crannies to be that clean. And you have to clean your own dishes before leaving which is not something I have experienced on VRBO before. All - In - All: I had fun being in Nashville but I will not stay here again and I feel it's over priced.

Very comfortable 2nd floor condo right on the Cumberland with views of the barges, tugs, and pleasure boats going up and down the river. The condo was clean and well furnished and very comfortable. The frequent trains rolling by at first were noticeable but then they were interesting in the clickety clack rhythm and rumble on the bridge about 1000' away. Parking is covered and convenient and car access is easy. Downtown/lower Broadway is walkable but thru some desolate blocks. Perfect place to walk to a Sounds' or Titan's game. The Titan's game roar could be heard while we watched it on the TV!! We definitely would stay there again

Great place to walk to downtown Nashville

Our stay at this one bedroom condo was very pleasant. We didn't sit on the back deck because of the bugs but looking through the glass doors made it possible to enjoy the view of the trees and river. The bed consisted of a high quality mattress and pillows which made our sleep very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the Music Hall of Fame which was a couple of blocks away. Broadway was buzzing with people, music and bars galore. We walked along the river to get to this massive party scene. In fact, there were many people walking from these condos in groups to the downtown area. The only thing I would suggest is an ice maker or ice trays. The fridge did not have an ice maker that was connected.

I love this condo because you can be in the hustle and bustle of downtown and not have to worry about driving or parking. At the end of a full day, it is so peaceful on the river and such a cozy place to relax after a full day.
