Enjoy this 2015 custom contemporary 1 bedroom flat in a quiet neighborhood of Cardiff, CA. Southern exposure offers morning and afternoon sun in all rooms. With vaulted ceilings in the main living area the space is open and airy. The living room has a full size pull out sofa, arm chair, and cozy window seat as well as a high definition TV, high speed internet, cable, and DVD player provided for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is eat-in and offers all the conveniences and necessities of home. You'll find everything you need whether you want to cook a holiday meal or just push a button to get your morning coffee or tea. Central heating and A/C provide custom temperature control and the full size bathroom offers a complete set of linens and towels as well as a full size washer and dryer. Rest after a long day at the beach on the queen size memory foam mattress.
A private patio area will allow you to enjoy the southern California weather. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and a surf board are provided. Enjoy a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival and start your vacation!

This hideaway in Cardiff was perfect for our summer vacation. We enjoyed the close proximity to great beaches and 30 minute drive to various San Diego attractions. It was quiet - we didn't hear the homeowners at all, unlike other properties where we've stayed in a downstairs and awoke to footsteps above us - not here! It's in a nice area surrounded by gated communities & is in a highly walkable neighborhood. It was a great stay.

Really quiet neighborhood, comfy bed and clean and modern design. Also really loved the courtyard for my kids to play in while the lil one napped. Having the beach blanket, gear and towels were a big plus as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Week Long Stay

We stayed in this great apartment while our kiddo attended sleepaway camp nearby. It was a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and easy car trip to lots of the little costal neighborhoods and villages.

A relaxing, easy stay in every way

We were really pleased with our recent stay in Cardiff by the Sea. The property is exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I absolutely recommend this property and will plan to stay here again.

Winter get away 2025

We had a wonderful stay. The property met or exceeded all of our expectations. The property owner made the check-in and check-out process very east and was always ready to answer our questions. We hope to stay again next year.

Charming, convenient and private

Even with last minute booking, Jen made the check in convenient, which we were appreciative for. Clean, comfortable, a short drive to town and the beach and quieter than the beach too. Really nice spot.

Breeder’s Cup trip

Loved the location. We attended The Breeder’s Cup for 2 days at Del Mar and it was so easy driving to and from the races. Also, short drive to beaches and lots of restaurants. Very nice flat in a very nice neighborhood.

We used to live in the area, and came back to visit family and friends. The location is simply wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, and very close to anything and everything. The unit was perfect for my husband and myself. Full kitchen, streaming tv options, strong shower and of course the washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. Run don't walk to book this unit!!!!

Comfortable spot

This apartment had everything we needed for the week! It was a short driving distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. For us it was within walking distance of family. It was easy to communicate with the hosts when necessary. We hope to return to this same place in the future.
