Warm, cozy, remodeled home just yards from St Mary’s Hospital. Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” neighborhood. Walk directly behind home to St. Marys. From St Mary’s catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo buildings.

Features 2 beds and full bath on main level. An additional bonus room upstairs. Features a full size sleeper sofa, Smart tv, play space for kids, and queen bed.

Hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen has a dishwasher and all you need to cook a homecooked meal.

Smart tv, and fast WiFi. There is a cozy dining room to enjoy meals as a family.

Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Garage parking for cars.

Likely unpredictable noise from helicopter traffic to St. Marys hospital.

Home Away From Home

My family spent almost 3 weeks in MN, for a family members major surgery. The proximity to the Mary Brigh building is fantastic! With only 2 visitors allowed at a time in ICU, this home provided a comfortable place for the rest of the family to unwind, get rest, and have private group discussions about our loved one. The beds are comfortable and the 2nd floor lounge provided an additional space for tv, remote work and alone time, when needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and allowed for meals “at home”. The on-site parking fit 3 vehicles (street parking prohibited w/out pass M-F 8-4), including one in the detached garage. The host, Denise, was responsive to questions and was empathetic to our situation. Happy to say our guy has been discharged and is doing well! Thank you, Denise, for helping us get through a trying time!

Cozy little house!

House was so cozy felt like home. Denise is amazing and helpful. I plan to book with her again or see if she has any openings for our other stays we have to go to Rochester for. Thank you so much Denise for everything.

Wonderful home

We had to bring my mom to Mayo Clinic for ALS tests…the house was cozy and clean…I would say since it is a rental close to Mayo and other hospitals it would benefit to have a ramp for the stairs? and/or a walk in shower or handles/bars to help the disabled. We thought the property was perfect otherwise…the neighborhood is safe and very cute..beds are comfortable, good WiFi,close to everything, the garage fit my suburban and was nicely tucked away at night.

St. Mary’s Hospital

First time using VRBO. Great experience. House was perfect for my wife’s surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital - Mayo Clinic. Had everything you could need for an extended stay. We could walk out the front door and be in her room at hospital in less than 5 minutes, and that’s with having to go through security. It’s just across the street. Denise was great. Very easy.
