The Brookridge House sleeps up to 24. Each level has decks with incredible views overlooking Park City's Old Town and Deer Valley. Plus two NEW private outdoor hot tubs with amazing views. Two newly refurbished kitchens, two wood-burning fireplaces (wood provided), two washer/dryer rooms, and four floors so plenty of privacy. Two garages and two street private parking spaces. This duplex shares a common game room with a pool table, foosball, and sauna with the other unit.
Ideal property for large families or groups.

Big kids in park city

Easy access to slopes and town. Comfortable accommodations with ample space for large group. Hot tubs were a big hit! Host was extremely responsive to our inquires.

Awesome house for a large group

This house has everything! We were a large group and the simplicity of being able to walk to the end of the street to get on and off the slopes and walk down the stairs to Main Street made things so easy.

We had 9 guys stay at this property and it was very comfortable and convenient. A short walk to hop on Quiet Time which takes you down to the town lift and a short walk to Main St. I highly recommend for large groups or families.

Great Property

This property is great for large groups. Host was very communicative and helpful. Truly ski in/ski out. Less than a minute walk and you're on the slopes. Just a short 5 minute walk down public stairs and you're in downtown. Be aware Quit'n Time is a solid blue, so beginners may have to slide on their butts to get down, but this is no fault of the property.

Incredible location in Park City

My friends and I had a great stay, the home is perfect for a group like ours as we could split into a side with kids and a side without. The proximity to Quittin Time and the Town Lift was fantastic.

Excellent property within walking distance to town lift slopes

This property was accurately listed and excellent for a stay close to main street and within walking distance of the town lift slopes. We loved the location and amenities. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we loved the pool table/game room. Michael, the owner, communicated well and was a wonderful host. Thanks!

Ideal ski holiday home close to town and lifts

This home is the perfect location for enjoying a Park City vacation. We spent Christmas week here with our two adult children and their spouses. The 270 degree views of the town were spectacular from both inside the house and the hot tub areas. The place was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. Having two kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms gave us plenty of space for preparing and enjoying holiday meals at home and relaxing. Super convenient to the town lift and to find the trails. Convenient to town via city steps a few yards from the house. Michael was a wonderful host who kept the garage and walkways clear during snowstorms and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great Location for skiers!

We used both units for our group and the kids loved the game room! Great location for intermediate skiers in terms of access to the mountain. Quick walk down the street to access the slopes. We had several new skiers who could not do that, though, and had to catch the shuttle to the base. Fairly easy walking access to Main Street down several flights of stairs. Easier to get down there than to get back up 😉. The view is incredible and the living area is comfortable. Great overall experience and the owner is very attentive/easy to contact!

Awesome house for large group ski weekend

We had an awesome time on a large group ski weekend at this house. The location is convenient to slopes (short walk) and town. Our only need for transportation was getting to the house and leaving- everything else you can walk to. The owner went over the top to make sure we had a great visit.

EXCELLENT STAY AND HOST

We have a group of friends and family ski trip every year and finding a place to host 19+ guest is not easy! This property has it all!! Ski in and out within 50 yrds to Quittin' Time Trail. Lots of beds, baths and open space for everyone to spread out in the two units. Each unit is exactly the same as the other, having two kitchens, two hot tubs, two fire places in the open floor plan. Master bedrooms are huge!! Both units connect via a game room with pool table, fusball, ping pong and sauna... Mike is very attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay pleasant! Will definitely return to Park City and hope to rent MIke's Condos. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful house

I needed a place to fit my entire bridal party, and I was thrilled to find a place with eight king or queen beds. Michael was welcoming and generous, and the property close to main street. The only disapointment was that it was a duplex, so there were two kitchens, two sitting rooms, when really I wanted one house for all. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
