Featuring: Main Level with Kitchen, Living and Dining all with oceanfront views and 2 level private patio and dining through Living room sliding doors. 2nd Level Primary bedroom with ensuite and sit down balcony overlooking ocean; direct access to ocean; fantastic ocean views; White Shaker cabinetry with calcutta quartz countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances and snack bar, limestone and luxury vinyl plank flooring; bathrooms with new cabinetry, quartz counters and stone and tile floors; new fixtures, doors and hardware.

Private beautiful ground floor patio, Living room complete with T.V, (2) sofas, (2) chairs and small table and side tables; outside patio with table and chairs. Balcony off Primary Bedroom with Ocean Views. Washer/Dryer in unit. This unit is sure to please anyone visiting San Diego.

For Family convenience - there is (1) high chair and (1) Pack 'n' Play (please bring your own sheets).

Designated tandem style garage parking (front to back). Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the tandem garage (front to back with 7' door) approximate garage measurements are 6’10” H x 9’ W x 30’ L). If you have any questions, please ask.

Location*Location*Location!!! The patio is on the boardwalk - it was absolutely wonderful to walk over the boardwalk onto the beach! We could walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery, amusement park and shops. The community was engaging, warm and welcoming! The host was amazing and extremely quick to respond (before and during trip) and communicative! We had plenty of space. We have 4 small children, and in the garage, there were sand toys, beach chairs and anything that we could have needed to make our stay easy! There were bath and beach towels kitchen and bathroom necessities. For our next visit, we would stay again; we fell in love with this area!!

The location was perfect being on the walk and steps to the beach. Many restaurants nearby and kids had many trips to nearby Belmont Park. Garage had plenty of room for a car and bikes. Would love to stay again!

Lovely property right on the boardwalk. This is a great property for kids! We had a couple small issues with amenities in the house, but the management company was so quick to respond and very helpful! Would rent again.

great house in amazing location!

We spent a week at the house and couldn't have been more happy with the stay! The house was spacious and very private, despite it being one of two residences in the building. Patio backed right to the boardwalk and the beach for fun people watching and beautiful sunsets. Walkable in both directions to shops and restaurants, including Belmont Park. Would definitely stay again!

Best place to stay in Mission Beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home was so inviting and well maintained, and the location can’t be beat! We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked our next trip! I’d recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Mission Beach!

Always Amazing

We stayed in this property last year and this year, the same week. We love it here! The BBQ was broken when we arrived which was unfortunate, but it was replaced at the end of our week. Overall the home is very clean, and has the perfect layout for families. We love being able to sit on the patio and watch the kiddos play on the sand.

Great property and prime location on boardwalk!

We had a wonderful stay, prime location on the boardwalk with a great patio, property was recently renovated, great layout with downstairs living space and bedrooms upstairs, tandem enclosed garage, great property for families, highly recommend this property!

PROS:The beach front location of this condo is 5 stars worthy! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. House was well laid out and roomy. Lots of counter space in kitchen, large refrigerator, Easy check-in with clear check-in/check-out instructions. Both host and property management were good communicators. Two car parking garage was also a plus in Mission Beach. CONS:The two interior couches were well worn, stained in areas and not comfortable. Patio couch set was also old, stained and had very little padding left in the cushions. The three single twin beds on second floor are suitable for small children only and not comfortable nor large enough for average sized teens or adults. Sound from the separate condo on the third floor was significant and carried through to the sleeping are of this condo. The 5k damage deposit is an actual charge to the credit card, not a soft hold of funds. The return of the 5k appears to take up to two weeks post check out.

We LOVE San DIego. The weather is almost always sunny and warm (we are originally from Minnesota :). The location of the condo is perfect for relaxing, enjoying family time or getting a great bike ride or walk in. Access to casual eateries or upscale dining - the diversity of activities - entertainment and dining makes San Diego our home away from home.
