Such a great location and nice place- we thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved how all the kitchen drawers and cupboards were labeled with what was inside them. Such a great convenience! Amazing view!!

My 69th birthday was fabulous at this beachfront! The right amount space it was clean and beautiful and safe. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves at the nearby activities at the nearby activities like Belmont Park bike riding, which was available at the beachfront rental.. and lots and lots of more amenities in the rentals to utilize the beautiful view of the ocean!

Excellent location on the boardwalk. The home is well stocked and accommodated our family seven with ease. All of the extra beach equipment, bicycles, scooters, etc. were fantastic and put to much use. Communication with the host was excellent and all expectations were clear and reasonable. Thanks for a great week.

Great location, great setup for enjoying the beach. Only issue is it was very hot inside when we got there and didn't cook down at all the first night. Having no AC means the back bedrooms were very warm the entire time. During the very hot months, they should consider putting portable units in as only the front 2 rooms really cool down at night.

We do want to clarify for future guests that **air conditioning is not advertised or listed as an amenity at this property**, and the home was provided exactly as described in the listing. Like many coastal properties, the home relies on ocean breezes and ventilation for cooling. Unfortunately, during unusually hot weather, indoor temperatures can be warmer than normal, which is outside of our control. We always encourage guests to carefully review the listed amenities before booking, particularly if air conditioning is important to their stay. We appreciate your visit and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the home and its great beach location.

Gorgeous views from the third floor. Right on the boardwalk within walking distance to restaurants. Super comfortable beds, great seating in the living room, all the beach equipment, and every appliance you can imagine in the kitchen.

Top Location - Highly Recommended

The view couldn’t be better. The home was clean and the communication with the owner was prompt with every detail about the property. Everyone loved our stay here and wants to come back.

Great Location

Amanda and her local team were very accommodating and responsive. Unit we rented was as beautiful and spacious as imagined. Close proximity to the beach was incredible.

Property was located right on the beach in perfect location. The house has a great floor plan and very spacious. Balconies upstairs and ground floor. We rented bikes and toured the area, enjoyed the beach and oceans waters.

Home Away From Home

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here, we love it! The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and it's spacious and roomy. We stayed somewhere else last year (because this one was unavailable) and while it was "okay" we all agreed to book early enough to get Amanda's place again.

Beach house

We had so much family time and fun at this beach home. We played games in the evenings and enjoyed the boardwalk and ocean during the day. We had family pictures taken by the ocean. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Amazing!

Our third time staying here! Could not ask for a better location or home! Has everything you need! Great communication and easy check in check out!! Love the availability to walk to shops and restaurants! The patio up and down are both amazing!

Beach House Getaway

Location Location Location! We had a fantastic time visiting mission beach. The property has amazing views and is centrally located. The owners provided many amazing recommendations for food in the area along with beach cruiser bikes to cruise the boardwalk. We had a fantastic time living the SoCal lifestyle in this beach house.

The absolute best place to stay!

We loved this beautiful beach penthouse. Could not have found anything better. Right on the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and very roomy. Communication was excellent. We will for sure come back.

Christmas Magic

Stayed a few days before Christmas. Easy walking to a the bay and shopping. Lots of room and a great view of the sun setting. Very clean and everything you ever need to enjoy your stay. They were very quick to respond to any messages sent. Very clean and lots of room. Thank you for a great place to stay. Would stay here again!
