Stay in serenity and style with this attractive 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. The primary bedroom has a king mattress, guest room with a queen and another guest room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa bed.

This unit sleeps ten (10). NO AIR MATTRESS ALLOWED.

Dine on the private balcony with plenty of seating. Enjoy all of the comforts of a home away from home, such as a fully equipped kitchen with all of the bells and whistles. Plenty of house ware items, all small appliances, breakfast bar, dishwasher, cook top stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, pantry space and wet bar are just to name a few.

Enjoy the living area with the beautiful views or the large screen TV.

Property has elevator service.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
Smoking area is provided.

Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.

LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT --PASSES PURCHASED ON SITE(and passes must be displayed on drivers dash)

All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.
