New for 2025--Full kitchen now includes both a conventional coffee pot and Keurig-type system. Additionally, an air fryer is in the unit!

Enjoy stunning wide open views of the setting sun over the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Enjoy a sunrise over the Gulf or sunbathe on a lazy afternoon on the large furnished balcony.

The condo is professionally decorated with furniture and amenities designed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment during your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen is available. The San Carlos 509 is baby and child friendly! Pack n Play, roll away crib, and high chair are available, free of charge. Beautiful 18'' tile floor throughout the entire unit.

The electronics in the San Carlos 509 lead the market. Enjoy the 52' Sony Bravia flat screen TV in the main room and 42' Bravias in all bedrooms. Bring your computer! In room internet access is provided.

Large end unit condo comfortable sleeps and entertains 10 people.

Three high speed elevators make moving into and out of the condo a snap. Exercise room, sauna, zero entry pool, grilling area, and a meeting room maximize the vacation experience.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, San Carlos is within walking distance to many surf shops as well as upscale and casual restaurants. Gulf Shores provides a fun, family atmosphere with numerous nearby theme parks for the kids.

Parking passes are now available for guest purchase in the 3rd floor lobby for $50 each.

Family vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband, our son, his wife and daughter, our youngest son and me to stay. The property is located in a great area. They have plenty of carts to help you unload your vehicle and groceries at the front door. There several box fans and fans on stands if you’re accustomed to sleeping with a fan. I highly recommend this property. The property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. He was quick to respond.

Excellent property and owner.

Condo was excellent, looked even better in person. Owner communicated great, was thorough and very friendly. Called us before check in and kept in contact during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, amenities in the condo were nice. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc.. for a family of 8 to cook and eat. The dryer broke mid-way through the stay and he promptly fixed the situation. The fastest local delivery was going to take 2 days, the owner offered to drive 2 hours to deliver it himself that day. We declined since the 2 days was fine for us but he offered multiple times. The San Carlos property itself was very nice. Pool was usually pretty empty so the kids had plenty of space to be kids. The beach was always clean and quiet while we were out there. Staff was all very friendly. 3 elevators made getting up and down extremely easy, even during peak hours. Overall, fantastic experience overall and will absolute stay here again next time we visit!

We had an awesome stay! We are regulars in June and have never stayed here until this time. It was super clean, safe, and beautiful inside. It was also super easy to communicate with the host throughout the whole process. Beautiful views and in walking distance to most everywhere. Would 10/10 recommend

Spring Break in Gulf Shores

This condo is one of the few with 4 large beds, it had a fully equipped kitchen and the owner was extremely responsive. This condo was perfect for my son and I and two of his friends for their spring break on the beach. Good corner balcony, three fast elevators make navigating the floors easily.

To us, the wide open sunset views, sugar white beaches, and emerald waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast combined with the fun and festive atmosphere of Gulf Shores makes for an ideal rental property location.

The truly wide open sunset views are available only on west corner units. We have upgraded electronics with each bedroom having a Sony 42' TV and DVD so that guests in all rooms can enjoy TV and movies after hours or when they are not on the beach or at the attractions in Gulf Shores. Also, we have included for our guests some amenities that we like personally. For example, a home-made ice cream maker is available in our unit--Just bring your favorite fruit!
