Entertainment with the large TV equipped with Roku, offers endless streaming options for your enjoyment. Stay connected and catch up on work with the fast and reliable WiFi.
Within a short 5-10 minute drive is Southlands mall, along with a variety of grocery stores and dining options, providing you with everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to Denver Airport, downtown, and the majestic mountains. Whether you're exploring the city's attractions, embarking on outdoor adventures, or seeking a peaceful retreat, this guest suite is the ideal base for all your Colorado excursions.
The private guest suite is located in the walkout basement of the host's home, you'll have the privacy you desire while assistance is a call away.

This is a private suite attached to the home. The only shared spaces with the host are the laundry room and back patio/yard.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk to the end of the street provides you with a park, stunning wildlife conservation area, and beautiful biking/walking paths.
Getting Around:
- RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. This connects Centennial to downtown Denver, the airport, and other common destinations.
- Denver International Airport is an easy 25 minute drive.
- Downtown Denver is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.
- Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and Ballerina Arena is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.
- Colorado ski resorts are between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the resort destination. Arapahoe Basin and Keystone are the closest.
- Many hiking paths within a 30 minute drive.
Many dining options, grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and an outdoor mall within a 10 minute drive.

Interaction with Guests:
The suite is your own space no interaction unless you need us. However, we may see each other in the spacious back yard and will say hello. We live on the upper level in the home and mostly stay to ourselves. You will self check in. Laundry is a shared space and available upon request with 1 day notice.

We have been hosting short-term rental guests for over 6 years ago and we have now hosted hundreds of guests from all over the world. Through the years, we built a successful short-term rental business with multiple homes. We are professional and understand what it takes to run a successful short-term rental business so we are able to have a clean, attractive well stocked home for our guests.
We make sure to have plenty of supplies such as towels, kitchen spices, cookware, coffee and everything in between.
Barry moved to Colorado over eight years ago from Las Vegas. Addy is a Colorado native and has her own business she runs from her home-office. Together they enjoy the outdoors whether it's gardening, motocross, snowboarding or taking a walk on the the path in the backyard. They both know quite a bit about Colorado and are always happy to answer any questions.
We mostly stay to ourselves and do not interact much with our guest. We like to give our guests their privacy. Occasionally you may see us in the backyard.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within 5-10 minutes from shopping, dining, and other activities. The suite is quiet and no traffic noise. The area behind this suite is a wildlife preserve with birds and other animals as well as a walking trail that goes for miles. The sunsets are quite a sight from the back deck located outside the suite door.

This suite is a great location for any type of traveler in Colorado during any season. We've hosted business travelers, hikers, bike riders, snowboarders/skiers and anyone looking to explore Colorado or just needing a place to relax.
