Mermaid Retreat 2 Blocks From the Beach! ~Sea Glass Cottage

One of Folly's Best! This classic and renovated cozy beach cottage is only a two minute stroll to the Atlantic Ocean! This 1 queen bedroom 1 bath cottage has a daybed in the living area so it can accommodate up to three guests but it is also the perfect couple's getaway. An oversized antique stained glass window in the bedroom adds romance to this sweet bungalow. Sea Glass is located in a quiet residential area only a six block stroll to the Center Street restaurants nightlife and fishing pier. There is a grilling area and laundry facility on site. The cottage also has a private screened porch. Sea Glass Cottage allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Grill use: propane and cleaning responsibility of the guest.
Sea Glass Cottage shares a laundry room that is located on the ground level of neighboring 615 East Erie. Please respect your neighbors and remove clothes as soon as possible. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - LIC005366. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Perfect pet friendly cottage

Great location near beach and bark park. A little of a walk into the main rd and restaurant's but definitely possible. Charming cottage and well appointed. I would stay again!

Great location. Close to beach access and the town center, yet quiet with less traffic. Cottage has all amenities one could ask for. Most enjoyable stay.

Cozy beach shack

Location to beach is great. A little tight with our dog and infant. Bed mattress could be better. Overall decent property for the price.

Close to the beach.

We enjoyed our nice walks to the beach and the neighborhood. It was about 6 blocks to walk to shopping and eating. We found parking that worked out nicely for us.

Cozy cottage so close to the beach

Sea glass cottage was a great little place that allowed us to enjoy vibe of Folly Beach. Walking distance to both the beach and local restaurants, while still quiet and allowing for a relaxing retreat. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property in May 2025 and again in Sept 2025. It needs some maintenance, air conditioner went out on us, screen around the door needs repair to keep bugs out, and spiders were frequently found in the bedroom.

Wonderful Cottage!!!

Visited for a wedding Memorial Day weekend. A wonderful cottage with everything you need. Very quaint, comfortable and clean and close to the beach. Highly recommend and Sue was great! Can't wait to return and visit longer.
