Park the car and walk everywhere on Folly Beach. Small unit (250 sq feet) just blocks to the beach. Its not the most modern, its a bit old, and small. Modest and quaint comes to mind. If new beach mansion is what you expect this may not be the place for you. However, what this place has to offer is location. Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close as it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. This place comes with 1 assigned parking spot. Folly is the best place on earth and you won't find a better location for the money. LIC005935 STR22-00482

Property was nice. Upon arrival, instructions said to park in front of crows nest sign but actually we needed to park to the left of it. We were gone about all day and didn't see the message to move our car till we returned later that afternoon. Luckily, I don't think we inconvenienced any of the other renters. Everything else was as it was advertised. We were pleased with the location, and the locals are very friendly. It really is walking distance to everything!

Cute place, close to the beach but it’s very noisy from the outdated and ineffective ar conditioners. The bed is too high and the mattress should have been replaced years ago, it’s lumpy and has a valley in the middle, Linens were stained and worn out Water pressure is pitiful.

The space needs some touch up. The floors were dirty but nothing a little wet mop couldn’t fix. Comfortable bed, slept like a baby! All said, the price was certainly right for the space and the location was excellent.

Very convenient location on Folly with parking but the place could use some TLC and updates including the mattress and couch. The kitchen is a mini kitchenette and didn’t have a freezer.

Great stay, close to everything good.

Just me for two night stay, spent most of my time at the beach and in town which was an easy walk from here. Recommend for 1-2 people who want to enjoy the town and beach
