Experience this remodeled and comfortably furnished cottage bungalow! Easy, One level living with no stairs. Inviting from the curb up a hand laid flagstone walkway to a front deck with pergola. An open and free flowing layout awaits inside. The front living room has oak hardwood floors, cozy couches, and a dedicated workspace flowing nicely to a huge kitchen appointed with quartz counter tops, breakfast bar, deep stainless steel sink, rejuvenated classical cabinetry, and newer appliances. Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware to cook every meal. Off the kitchen at the back of the home is an expansive family room featuring a Roku TV 50" flat screen and leather sectional to unwind. The main living space is furnished to accommodate the vacation Lifestyle and the business traveler lifestyle. Each room has modern work surfaces and lift capable coffee tables to operate electronics, laptops and other mobile devices from the comfort of sofas and lounge chairs

Two bedrooms and a custom tiled full bath share one side of the bungalow. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, and hotel quality linens and pillow for maximum rest and leisure. Plenty of shelving storage and closet space. The primary bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV. Renovated full bath, ceramic tile outlays, pedestal sink and large soak tub combination shower with new fixtures. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream provided.

Private outdoor setting on the back patio just outside the family room with table and chairs to take in the fantastic Colorado weather year round.

Ideal location just minutes from Olde Town Arvada with bustling restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, and stores. Two blocks to the light rail rail train station and the G-line to Downtown Denver. Arvada MidCentry neighborhood

The location was great in Arvada. Walking distance to Olde Arvada shops and eateries. The house was very clean. The kitchen had the basics. We liked the location near other family members. Good trip.

Could have been a "Comfy Bungalow".

Cute home in older quiet neighboorhood located within suburb of Denver called Arvada. Easily could provide housing for up to four adults but we had two adults and one very active toddler so the grassy backyard was a hit. There was no dishwasher but the ranch style kitchen sink made the job easy. However, the dishes were not put away clean with lip stick on coffee mugs. The utensils were encrust with food. The second bedroom's bedframe is a trip hazard that repeled you into an unsecured heavy mirror which could have seriously injured myself or my grand daughter even though the bedframe was wrapped with a rubber banded kitchen mitten. I am elderly I would greatly have benefited with a hand rail to get in and out of the bath tub shower combination. Lastly, I feel I should not have had to drag the heavy trash can out to the street from the previous tennants. I easily feel this could have been a five star review if the owner addresses these conditions. cups and food bits on the dishes.stlkitchsink

Great location!

This place was perfect for our family during stay near Denver! We liked that the back living room area was separate from the sleeping areas so kids could sleep while adults stayed awake and watched shows. Beds were comfy and the perfect place to land after all of our Denver activities such as MeowWolf, The Wild Animal Sanctuary, and so much more!

Excellent Location

The location was great with good restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store was 7 miles straight up the road and the Arvada town square just up the street. The house was a cute well refurbished bungalow with everything in working order and the neighbor hood safe and friendly. Good place to take daily walks. Lenny was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Nice and clean house

Veyr clean and cozy house. Easy check in. Plenty of space and comfy beds. TV's were nice and the internet was fast. Overall a nice place to stay for the price. Property manager was responsive and great!

Amazing stay!!

This property was very clean and easy to access. Lenny was great to communicate with throughout the entire process and made my stay very pleasant. This house is adorable, with a very large kitchen and a great backyard. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Arvada!!

Not what we expected

The house was not cleaned. Broken fixtures. Furniture was filthy. Bad neighborhood. So bad we couldn’t stay and had to rent a hotel room. Now I have to try and get my money back. Will never do Vrbo again.

Comfortable Home

Our stay at this bungalow was excellent! We were visiting family and had our granddaughter stay with us. She loved the bedroom and slept very well. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lenny was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond to us. We will definitely check to see if this place is available the next time we visit.

Wonderful Home!

We planned on going to Colorado in June for our 1 yr anniversary in Nov., we had originally booked with another site, but the day before our trip the owner called me saying that due to the freezing weather a waterline flooded on of the bedrooms. Immediately I got with airbnb, but they were no help, instead they told me that due to covid and Halloween wknd they restricted all stays for the wknd. We had to stay in a hotel our first night in this beautiful City. Luckily we used VRBO and found this house. Lenny responded quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay in this home! House is cute and small, but with a ton of space. We enjoyed the boardgames that were there. Rooms are comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. Neighborhood is nice and quite. Will definitely be using VRBO going foward and when we go back to to Denver stay in this house!

Very nice, clean and comfortable two bedroom home

We stayed for just short of a month. The owner was friendly and accessible. The home was clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and a fully accessorized kitchen. Conveniently located to everything in the quadrant from downtown Denver to areas West, Northwest and North including easy access to the mountains. A very comfortable stay. Best value in town, great place to stay

Had a great visit in this cute house! For the price, you can't beat it. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were all very friendly and quiet. Didn't hear any train horns blowing in the middle of the night. Plenty of hot water for showers which for me is a plus! Loved sitting in the backyard (there's new patio furniture) and enjoying the Colorado sunshine. Two separate areas for hanging out and watching tv or reading a book. Close to freeways but never heard any of the traffic. Also close to Old Town Arvada and tons of great local mom and pop restaurants. Driveway has plenty of room for two cars. Kitchen had all of the necessary appliances for cooking a meal in. Not sure what the other guest had an issue with. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We even extended it for a few nights and the owner was very accommodating. Loved it!!

Between 1988-1998 I graduated from Arizona State University and then spent 5 years traveling the world. I bought this property because I have managed for the previous owner as a long-term rental for some 10 years. I always loved the superior location just off the I-70 corridor with EASY and QUICK access to Downtown Denver and the up the mountain to Summit County, Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek. When it came available I couldn't wait for the opportunity to turn it into a wonderful vacation or work space so others from all over the world could come experience a little taste of life here in the Mile High City.
