Experience this remodeled and comfortably furnished cottage bungalow! Easy, One level living with no stairs. Inviting from the curb up a hand laid flagstone walkway to a front deck with pergola. An open and free flowing layout awaits inside. The front living room has oak hardwood floors, cozy couches, and a dedicated workspace flowing nicely to a huge kitchen appointed with quartz counter tops, breakfast bar, deep stainless steel sink, rejuvenated classical cabinetry, and newer appliances. Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware to cook every meal. Off the kitchen at the back of the home is an expansive family room featuring a Roku TV 50" flat screen and leather sectional to unwind. The main living space is furnished to accommodate the vacation Lifestyle and the business traveler lifestyle. Each room has modern work surfaces and lift capable coffee tables to operate electronics, laptops and other mobile devices from the comfort of sofas and lounge chairs

Two bedrooms and a custom tiled full bath share one side of the bungalow. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, and hotel quality linens and pillow for maximum rest and leisure. Plenty of shelving storage and closet space. The primary bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV. Renovated full bath, ceramic tile outlays, pedestal sink and large soak tub combination shower with new fixtures. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream provided.

Private outdoor setting on the back patio just outside the family room with table and chairs to take in the fantastic Colorado weather year round.

Ideal location just minutes from Olde Town Arvada with bustling restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, and stores. Two blocks to the light rail rail train station and the G-line to Downtown Denver. Centrally located just off of highway I-70 providing convenient access to downtown Denver, Red Rocks Ampitheater, Arvada Center and Complex or up to Summit County, Breckenridge, Vail, and everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer

Between 1988-1998 I graduated from Arizona State University and then spent 5 years traveling the world. I bought this property because I have managed for the previous owner as a long-term rental for some 10 years. I always loved the superior location just off the I-70 corridor with EASY and QUICK access to Downtown Denver and the up the mountain to Summit County, Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek. When it came available I couldn't wait for the opportunity to turn it into a wonderful vacation or work space so others from all over the world could come experience a little taste of life here in the Mile High City.
