Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, sofa bed (full), bath w tub, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Dogs are welcome-max 2 dogs. ($75 flat rate/one time pet fee.)

Great getaway! We loved our stay in Summerland. Place was clean, stocked with everything we could possibly need and the balcony was a huge plus. Cute cafe with a great breakfast and adorable coffee shop within walking distance, as well as a gorgeous beach. Quick trips to Santa Barbara and Solvang enhanced our stay. Nothing but raves.

Easy to access, great host, directions were easy to follow, and they had treats for us and lots of coffee! It made an enjoyable experience. Bonus was easy to watch tv and the near by places to explore. We would recommend!

Great, clean property with prompt responses from hosts. We stayed here because it was close to Carp and found Summerland to be a super cool town with a great bookstore and nice beach.

The room itself was nice and well stocked. Good appointment to detail. It had nice views. Our concern was the double flight of stairs as both suffer from back issues. Would stay here again as my relatives live in a nearby town.

Perfect little place for a weekday getaway. Just one block from cute little shops & 10 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. My dogs loved the easy access to the beach. D’Arcy was super friendly & very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first trip to the area, and we were traveling with a dog. We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to avoid fireworks. This place was amazing from the location, communication with host, available parking, the clean room, and even refreshments in the room. This place is definitely a nice place to stay. It was located between Santa Barbara and Carpeteria, which a perfect location to visit both cities, but quite at night. We would stay her again the next time we are in the area.

We didn't bring pets but the property accepted pets; actually the whole community was receptive to pets We enjoyed our stay it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Lovely and immaculate property, perfect for our weekend sports-parents stay. Really appreciate the extra touches from the hosts: coffee and creamer; snacks; beach towels. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the adorable neighborhood! Would stay again.

This is our very first experience with VRBO n also our first visit at Summerland. We really enjoyed our stay and very impressed how clean and comfortable the place. The host was very caring, helpful and very professional.We enjoyed the park and the shopping shops as well as the restaurants. Property is very clean and great for our small dog (plenty of floor space for bigger dog as well), love the beach decor, deck, and parking spot is GREAT! Plenty of coffee and fridge comes in handy. Main bed is very comfy. It's like a studio so even though I stayed with my college aged kids (hubby couldn't make it this trip), I think this place is great value for a couple with young kids.

We will definately book here again. We love how close everything is. We also love how peaceful the community is. We were wanting a low key getaway, to rejuivinate, and this property aided in the success of that objective.

Relaxing, clean, close to the beach and Santa Barbara

We really enjoyed staying here. The host has thought of so many things you would want being close to the beach. It is walkable and our dog loved frolicking in the waves.

We are Mark and D'Arcy Cornwall. We have one dog, Casper. We both graduated from UCSB and went to law school in Santa Barbara. We are retired now and love to travel in our RV when not in Summerland. We decided to rent out our guest house as a vacation rental so we could share the joy of this special place with special people. We hope you love Summerland as much as we do.
