Coastal-themed décor in newly renovated, fully-furnished space. Safe & relaxing Island atmosphere with 2 DECKS overlooking the canal & ASSIGNED boat slip. FISH RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BACK DOOR from multiple piers.
Pergola area next to a small COMMUNITY POOL & FISH CLEANING STATION. Direct boat access to the Laguna Madre, all points of the Intercoastal Waterways & Offshore.

Amenities include Cable TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer (inside condo), full kitchen with all appliances (including coffee pot), pots & pans, utensils, towels and gas grill. Designed to provide all the comforts of an island home.
Private upper and lower decks overlooking the main canal, 1 queen bed & cushioned futon in upstairs bedroom with a full bath. Sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area with large screen TV and another full bath. Unique SPIRAL STAIRCASE feature. ASSIGNED PARKING & available street parking for boat trailers. ASSIGNED BOAT SLIP available (please request at booking). Within 5-minute drive to beach. 10 minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore. We used the deck alot. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed spending time out there. Our fur baby Lucy enjoyed her stay too! The place was super cute & as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was so beachy & cute. The two balconies overlooking the canal was were wonderful. Hubby loved sitting on the dock right outside the door to fish each day. Super relaxing!

This place is amazing. We have stayed here the last two summers. Very charming and decorated beautifully. Everything as pictured with easy access to the beach. The owner communicates great and was easily accessible. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect weekend fishing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay so much, we added another day! The condo was clean and nicely outfitted. The hostesses was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will be back!

Loved everything! The view, dock, decks and decor. Comfortable, quiet and quite enjoyable. I loved fishing off the dock. Gayle was very responsive & great to work with. We were sad to leave and plan to return!

Wonderful!

We went there for my Husbands birthday and just loved it! The weather didn’t cooperate but other than that it was perfect! The view was awesome, the accommodations were better than expected and the other was so nice and pleasant. We would love to go back again, when it’s warm. 😊

Nice for short trip

Bad leak in the downstairs shower. We didn’t realize there was no table to sit at to eat. It had rained so we could not use the table outside because cushions were soaked and didn’t dry.

Great place to relax and fish

If your looking for a canal rental you can't get a better location. I was able to dock my kayak at the back door. We enjoyed being able to eat all our meals outdoors on the patio while watching the pelicans and dolphins. We caught redfish, trout, ladyfish, black drum and a snook all off the dock. The unit is in excellent condition, new pots pans and dishes and has a great beachy decor. We enjoyed meeting the other owners and renters everyone was very friendly. I look forward to going back as a week was not long enough. Thanks for making our vacation exceptional!

Cute condo perfect for small family.

The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived at 4 pm. We loved that we could fish out in the back and it was very peaceful. Nice location is you plan to do any fishing elsewhere. No dishwasher but that was ok for us but you might want to bring paper plates (but there were a few at the condo already which was nice). Also keep your luggage light to take up the spiral staircase. Also-Gayle is extremely friendly and responds quickly if you need anything. We would stay again!

Pleasantly suprised

What I like most about this stat is the accurate description. Many we’ve stayed claimed to be waterfront and were not. I give this 5 stars but would encourage the owner to move the back patio camera out just a wee bit further as it felt a little intrusive because it was actually on the back patio. We understand the need for cameras for security but this one was a little to close for privacy of guests. We will definitely book this place again!

Would reconsider is issues addressed.

Location and view was wonderful. The home fully stocked with all u need. There was a bug problem in the kitchen which was gross. There is only one bed, a futon, and sofa bed. Not ideal/comfortable for long stay. Sofa linens had not been changed after last visit. Found food left behind in side table.

Excellent place. Very charming and even more comfortable than advertised. My wife and our 2 grandkids loved the location and the ease of communication with the owner who was very easy to work with. Highly recommended this property and will stay here again.

Great views and cozy house.

Loved sitting on the patio. Great views watching the boats go by on the main canal. The boat slip is nice to have to leave the boat tied up over nights. Park your trailer on the street was no problem. Good communication with property owner.

Cute Condo

The condo was amazing! It looked exactly like the photos and worked great for three adults. The place was clean and the views were amazing. The only downside to the place was the patio furniture downstairs were rickety and you needed to be careful sitting in them.

Little slice of heaven on the water

What a wonderful property and location. We loved getting up early and watching all the boats go by as we enjoyed our coffee on the back patio. Husband and daughter loved being able to fish right off the dock. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
