Comfortable and close to downtown

Good layout for three friends sharing the house. Enjoyed walks in the morning. Neighborhood Good especially headed north.

Clean and well equipped house with easy access class to downtown. Renters should be advised that stairs to bedrooms are extremely steep and railing is problematic

Exactly as advertised. We had one question for Host, and it was answered immediately. House is situated in a way that offers lovely view of Pikes Peak from first and second floor.

First time in Colorado

Overall rental and experience was good. The only issue we experienced is the lack of air circulation. The common areas were very cold while the bedrooms were very warm. Recommend to install ceiling fans for better circulation.

Quite, Clean, and Spacious

Was in town for a few days with a couple buddies from work. Had meetings on Peterson SFB and needed a nice, comfortable place to hang out in the evenings where we could conversate and get some work done before the next day. Nice open living room area. Huge island in the kitchen. The space between the island and the fridge was a little narrow but not a huge deal. Remotes needed new batteries and the host dropped them at the house the next morning. Huge bedrooms with nice bathrooms for each of the three main bedrooms. No complaints or issues really. Upstairs bedrooms could use some ceiling fans to circulate the air better but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable Home

There isn’t enough space to leave all the feedback that we have. First, the property is huge! There are 3 king bedrooms with on suites. One has a shared bathroom with two twin beds. The beds are super comfortable…. I like my pillows a bit firmer, so I had to double them up for support, which worked fine. The ceiling on the main floor has to be 12+ feet high, which really makes the view of the kitchen’s ship lap wall stunning! Brandon (property owner) was quick to respond to our messages when checking in / out. The property is close to the downtown - 10 mins. There is a monster size patio on the front of the house which had amazing views of the surrounding mountain scape. One bit of caution when pulling in from the main street…. If you are in a car, it will bottom out. We used the the entrance from in the alley and didn’t have any issue. We would highly recommended this property!

Awesome stay!

We brought our small wedding party and a couple friends to stay with us during the week of our wedding. This house was PERFECT, as we all had plenty of space to relax and get ready. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice! Super great kitchen as well! Would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Excellent Place.

Very nice enjoyed our stay and we from the south and cook every night . Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. It was in close range of everything we did.

nice but.....

This is a nice property, it has been remodelled. It is on a very busy street though. It's not in the nicest neighborhood. My family LOVED it anyway! There is not enough seating if you have more than a few people. One couch. Everyone had to sit on bar stools that were uncomfortable. Also, the thing that creeped me out was the "critter catchers" in the bathrooms. Not sure what they were trying to catch, but it creeped me out.

Colorado Springs vacation

Amazing

This house was BEAUTIFUL! Super clean, great location and so spacious. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was so nice with 7 women staying there. My only suggestion would be to have more bath towels because there was only one per person. I would highly recommend this house to anyone heading to Colorado Springs.

the property was just as advertised. it was super clean and very spacious. Love the large kitchen island where we were all able to have breakfast. the extra half bath on the main floor was a great bonus. Everything is new and lovely. We would stay there again in a minute!

Great place

The house is really bright and sunny during the day. The layout of the bedrooms is great. The beds are really comfortable, and the bedding and towels are really nice. There were reading lamps in each bedroom. The kitchen was fairly well-eqipped. The only thing missing was any type of bowls for mixing, salad and serving and a big stock pot. At night the light in the living area was harsh because there are no lamps. There seems to be a shortage of hot water: it ran out fairly quickly after just one shower. Brandon was responsive when called or texted. A few extras, such as Kleenex boxes and extra towels, would make the place feel even nicer. All in all, it was a great place that I would recommend.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

As a group of 8 ladies who have been traveling together for 19 years we give this rental an A+!! This is a lovely home with beautiful views in a great location. The beds are super comfy and having 4 bathrooms was ideal. We also had enough seating for everyone inside and out on the patio. The parking was great as well. We will definitely be returning next year!

Beautiful updated home

The home is just as it shows in the pictures, beautiful and updated. All the amenities of home. Check in process could not have been any simplier. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Location is close to all the must see sites when visiting Colorado Springs. We stayed with our 4 kids and my parents and the house we set up well with 2 master suites. We would definitely stay here again.

We designed this home specifically for a highly professional short-term rental. After traveling the world with our kids we learned first hand what we loved and some STR and what we didn't like. We love cleanliness, comfort, and location. This home is totally hypoallergenic and sparkling clean with amazing A/C and heat for complete customer control of temperature. Its located centrally downtown and 3 minutes from the freeway. You can get anywhere you need to in town in about 20 minutes or less.
