Welcome to our beautiful home! Spacious and safe locked off lower level of 5000 square foot home (DOWNSTAIRS ONLY/KITCHENETTE ONLY-empty nest owners reside on the locked off top floor out of the way) tucked away in the foothills of Colorado Springs, but yet close to everything including world famous Broadmoor Hotel, golf courses, hiking, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, biking, park, Historic Manitou Springs and much more. Enjoy the breathtaking views & abundant wildlife. Large (locked off) living area, foosball table, dart board, bbq & large outdoor patio for entertaining. Kitchenette with larger refrigerator, large toaster oven (NO FULL OVEN/COOK TOP), microwave, Keurig and coffee maker.
If working while playing, enjoy the safety of dedicated internet service. We always have at least 48 hours in between guests to allow time for cleaning, washing linens and sanitizing. We do take our cleaning seriously with the Covid pandemic. Home owners are vaccinated.

We charge a low $125 cleaning fee to cover time and costs to wash all linens, clean bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum etc. You are on vacation you will not be expected to clean or do laundry while you stay at our home.

We have lived in Colorado Springs for most of our lives and can help assist with any restaurant or entertainment recommendations to make your vacation a memorable one.

This place is perfect for that get together with friends. The outdoor space didn't let us down. The beauty of the area is spectacular. Perfect area for relaxing. The hosts were great in answering any question and had great recommendations for dinners during our stay. The inside was perfectly set up. It was quiet and super comfy. It has everything we needed.

Great family friendly stay. Nice amenities and property owners have thought of the little extras to make the stay comfortable. Feels like a mini retreat with the occasional deer showing up to graze.

You cannot go wrong staying here. The place is beautiful! Well kept, well decorated, some cozy feeling. The beds were absolutely amazing!!! The view is beautiful! Great mountain views with morning coffee or an evening beverage. We got to enjoy wildlife such as turkeys, deer and hummingbirds. But even more impressive were the hosts. They were amazing communicating up to check in, during the visit and at the end. They gave amazing recommendations on places to visit and eat, they cared about our plans and how they could assist. They make sure the place is stocked with everything you may need on the trip. This was our first VRBO or Air B&B, they set the bar very high!! My family and I could not be happier with our stay! We highly recommend!!

We had a great experience. The property is in a quiet location, very comfortable, and good amenities. The hosts Will and Kat are very attentive, responsive communicators, friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and would love to come back.

The house and yard were immaculate. The unit was tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches, like snacks and backpacks for hiking, coffee, and shampoo.We meet the owners, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The yard was a second surprise, with two firepits, comfortable chairs, and a swing for two.We loved our time there, and plan to make it a yearly trip. We could not rate it more highly, truly deserving of 5 stars.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with 3 other family members and it was perfect for us. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was convenient for all of our hiking plans. The house was very clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Great location

Location to many activities and attractions couldn’t be better. Communicating with owners was best I’ve had at any stay and their unit was exactly what my family and I needed. Beautiful area!

Great stay!

We had a great stay with Kat and Will! The place was super clean and cozy! They were very accommodating and friendly, even had s’mores for my little boys to make! We would stay here again if we ever get back to visit the Springs!

We had a fantastic stay! This space was perfect for us and our two adult kids to hang out, rest, play games, etc. The neighborhood is very nice, and the views of Cheyenne Mountain are breathtaking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within just a short drive. Best of all, the hosts, Kat and Will, are incredibly friendly, gracious and helpful. We were blessed by our experience at their lovely home!

Week Long Trip in Colorado Springs

Great Stay

We came from all over to attend a family wedding. Was very close to the Broadmoor and convenient to downtown. Nice quiet place and very beautiful view

This property was perfect for my friends and I (3 ladies in our 60's). Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts weren't in town during our visit, but made sure we had everything we needed and had someone on standby if something came up that we needed taken care of. The patio was so inviting and we spent a lot of time outside taking in the beautiful scenery.

Wonderful place!

Kat & Will were over the top accommodating, if we needed anything they were a quick text away. Home is off the beaten path yet close to town. Highly recommend!

Colorado Springs Rental

We had a great stay at Will & Kat’s, the property was clean and had gorgeous views. Kat provided s’mores for my kids and they are such a nice couple. We enjoyed visiting with Will. We highly recommend this property.

Kat is a native to Colorado Springs and a real estate agent. Will is a military brat traveling between Colorado,Texas and Germany while his father was in the Air Force. Will is an occupational therapist and is currently doing home health. We have lived in CS 30 years ago and raised our family, now as empty nesters, we are offering the lower half of our house for families to enjoy the outdoors and what Colorado Springs has to offer.
