The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Colorado Springs, where every detail is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Nestled on a quiet street, our family house offers a private backyard oasis, perfect for unwinding and entertaining. Relax on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows on the big-screen smart TV. Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 overnight guests. Please note that city regulations prohibit more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all tenants and neighbors, we have a strict "No Party" policy in place.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and ensure that all guests in your party respect these guidelines.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the unit. A minimum $250 penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.

🔞 Minimum Age

Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

🔒 Security

For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
