During Summer months (June 1 - August 30) we only rent from Friday to Friday with one week minimum. In Newport Beach California with full ocean view. This property is a non-smoking property with a front patio is located on the boardwalk next to the sand. Four blocks south east of Newport Pier. Free wireless Internet. Apartment has full size, completely equipped kitchen, Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has 1 full bed below and 1 twin above (bunk bed) , with a full size futon in living room. 2 TVs. Comes with its own carport and washer/ dryer access. Just 30 to 45 minutes to Disneyland and 15 - 20 minutes to major malls. Excellent location for seeing all of Southern California!

The location was amazing! The beach house provided all your basic needs. I would suggest updating the bathroom, and kitchen. Also, the coffee maker did not seem clean so we didn’t even make our coffee in the mornings which was an bummer. Other than that we loved it!

Our stay in Newport was great! It’s the best location ever! Like other people have said…the place isn’t updated or fancy but if you don't care about the aesthetic then it’s perfect. We have three kids so we felt comfortable in there knowing they were happy just to be there just steps away from the sand. It is clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again someday as it’s the most affordable, on the beach, spot! Please keep it that way! Thank you! :)

This is our second time staying at this property, and we brought a large group and rented two of the units available. WOW. We had such a great time. Steps from the sand, hear the waves crash, and you’re mere blocks away from everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

Property is in need of painting, cleaning of the outdoor patio, and some updates to the interior including bathroom. Communications with the property manager were excellent as he addressed some issues we had. Very responsive and professional.Can not beat the location, location location for beach and ocean view.

Would stay again, not luxurious and fancy, but it did the job and it was a great place to stay very affordable and is located in a good location overall would recommend. However, the only problem I had was coming in from the beach there isn’t a hose or anything to wash off so it got a little sandy sometimes, parking was nice never had to worry about finding a spot, however if you have a big vehicle it gets a little hard to get out of your car.

If this place is available, stop looking.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I loved every minute. Your view is nothing but sand and see with Catalina in the background. It is a 5 minute walk to the pier and all of the wonderful restaurants and bars in that area. It's about a 4 minute drive to the Balboa Fun Zone. Everything is so convenient. The property is absolutely immaculate and you even have your own covered parking spot, which I can't express the value of enough, especially during busy times. Don't hesitate if you can get this place.

Beach house

Our in-laws rent this house every year and love it. As a first time renter I thought it was okay. I had to reach out for the access code as it wasn’t provided.There was 1 washcloth and no dishwashing tablets. The property manager sent regular towels and dishwasher tablets - so he tried but still we only had the 1 washcloth. The house is on the corner which means people convene there and you can hear a lot through the windows and walls. Can also hear the people upstairs quite a bit. There is no nightstand or anything in the second room so stuff that doesn’t go in the closet is on the floor. The charging situation is rough. The main room had a sketchy charger behind the bed that I couldn’t get plugged into and a charge strip up behind the tv which is what I had to use. We used the kitchen for charging our things mostly. Killed a cockroach in the kitchen…Beach toys aren’t provided but they did have some in the garage and they did have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We thought we were staying an extra day and didn’t get a checkout notice or email of any kind but when the cleaning people showed up I contacted the property manager and he didn’t charge us for the 45 minutes we needed to get packed up and out of the house which was nice. It is on the boardwalk which is so nice but it is cheaper so you do get what you pay for!

Beachfront Boardwalk Bliss

Perfect oceanfront location. 3 steps to the sand, 8 minutes to the pier, 3 minutes to Marina Park and playground. Easy to walk or bike everywhere..restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. This rental is very basic and outdated, but the location is everything. The unit was as described, pictures were accurate and everything was clean. I appreciate the parking spot, but the carport spot is very tight for a midsize suv and street parking is tough to get. The massive windows are great for ocean views, but most windows are non functioning, which may be a problem in hot summer months. They do provide fans. It's on the busy boardwalk, which is fun for people watching, but you do lose some privacy. One bedroom window is next to a busy sidewalk. There's some privacy issues there due to the low quality window blinds. If you love staying oceanfront and are low maintenence, you'll enjoy this unit. I will rent it again.

Great location

Great location, excellent property, new furniture and had everything we needed. Some TLC is in order. The window blinds in bad condition and needs replacing and the bathtub is worn. I would rent again and recommend this property to my friends.

Stay on 17th

We stay here every year. This year the sliding glass door screen was missing and it was hot so we had to keep the door open which let a lot of flies in. We also could have used another fan because one was broken. We asked but we didn't get a response
