Also located on the first level is the laundry, 1/2 bath, a bedroom w/ two twin beds, an enclosed outdoor shower area, and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. You may use the spiral staircase to access the main living level or go directly from the enclosed front steps at the entry to the property. The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area with expansive ocean views. A deck off the living room is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights and a large smart TV are offered to make you feel right at home. A large, well-equipped kitchen/dining area is located just behind the living room, where a pass-thru is located, so you don't feel separated from the rest of the party. The next level offers three additional bedrooms, including a primary oceanfront bedroom w/ a private deck and king-size bed, a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with a queen sharing a hall bath. Up the steps to a loft, you will find another full bath, two queen beds, and a pyramid bunk bed. Just park and walk!
LOCATION: Located on Hickman Street. Oceanfront home in South Rehoboth Beach. Just park and walk everywhere in town!
PARKING: Two in the garage and two off-street parking. Shared driveway with unit #405.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, electric fireplace, washer & dryer, beach equipment, and extra refrigerator in the garage for guests. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in.
THINGS TO KNOW: Pet-Friendly- one dog only under 40 lbs with a pet fee. There is a small electric grill available for guests. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. No smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
