Enjoy panoramic water views and breathtaking sunsets!

Located at The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor, WI, this beautifully appointed main-level end-unit condo in the desirable Harbor building is situated atop the bluff and features magnificent panoramic views of the waters of Green Bay and the Alpine Golf Course. The exceptionally updated, fully-equipped kitchen has all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen opens to the updated dining and living room area which also includes a sofa-sleeper for additional family members or guests, and an adjacent patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom with queen-sized bed, closets and full bathroom have also been newly renovated. Flat screen TVs with cable and DVD player are located in the living room and bedroom, and secured wireless internet is included and accessible in both the condo and throughout the resort.

Our rates are typically at least 20% lower than Landmark, and we do not charge extra for guests #3 or 4. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount for stays of 7+ days, and a 10% discount for longer term stays of 28+ days.

This 42-acre, year-round resort located in the heart of the Door County Peninsula has numerous complimentary amenities, including a fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, a SALTWATER-indoor pool, whirlpool & steam room, picnic areas with gas barbeque grills, walking trails, and tennis, basketball & shuffleboard courts. Each building also conveniently has its own whirlpool, steam room, & laundry room. The on-site EV charging stations are FREE to use as our guest! Just a short walk from our unit, the onsite Carrington restaurant offers relaxing, casual dining with amazing views of the Bay and surrounding landscape.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. It is located at rhe far end of the building so plan to do a bit of walking to get to the rooms. The view of the bay was as promised. The outdoor pool was close by. We wnjoyed our stay very much.

great little winter getaway

My wife and I stayed here at the end of January 2025, was a great little place, mostly quiet (at that time of year), nice amenities nearby (indoor pool, hot tub, fireplace in the common area, etc), ice machine was fairly difficult to find (establishment should put up some directions/instructions), but overall it was a peaceful, relaxing weekend for the two of us. The only downsides were 1) noises from people walking loudly on the floor above us 2) folks letting the doors slam shut as they entered/left the building (the condo is right at an entry point to the main building) 3) loud noise from above whenever someone flushed their toilet and 4) the mattress on the bed wasn't wonderful (I slept ok, but my wife didn't get much sleep the entire weekend, said she felt sore each morning after sleeping on it). Despite that, we enjoyed our stay, but hopefully they opt for a mattress upgrade sometime in the near future.

wonderful retreat

We can not say enough that the views were spectacular! The condo was quaint and lovely. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed for basic cooking and supplies. The condo was comfortable and relaxing for all of us to sleeping, do puzzles, and walk the paths We were able to do all that we wanted to do while we were there. Access to the hot tub and the fire in the common areas were an added bonus and further added to the calm and relaxing weekend away. We were grateful to be here.

Dated but well kept

First things first—the age of this property showed. Everything felt dated and the hallways were tired, but it was generally clean. However, I did find cobwebs above the tub and sofa. Towels/sheets were clean and felt like generic hotel linens and the bed was perfectly acceptable, so no surprises good or bad there. The shower head was a little low, but the water got hot quickly and had good pressure.The view was amazing! I'm sure it being winter helped, but I loved being able to wake up and see the frozen lake! The hot tub down the hall was very hot and clean, which was great after a day exploring the state parks nearby. At off-season rates this was a great value.

Really Liked It

This was a great place for my family and me to spend a little time in Door County during the winter. The condo was overall very clean and the view was amazing! It was so nice to open the blinds and see the beautiful view of Green Bay. The space was updated and building was very nice too. We really liked having the hot tub room on the lower level when we didn’t want to go to pool, but we also spent a lot of time at the pool (my kids are fish). The only issue we had, which I do not blame the owners for but probably the management company, is that when we went to put the bedding on the pull-out couch the mattress pad had blood on it! And a decent amount too. Clearly the housekeeping staff had not washed it as that would come out pretty easily. It was pretty gross. We ended up just not using it and left it out when we left so it would get cleaned. I suppose we could have gone to the front desk to request a new one but we were just too lazy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great place to stay foe our New tradition!

My husband and I started a new tradition of going away by ourselves the day after Christmas (we are empty-nesters). On a whim i looked on Vrbo and Landmark Resort. To my astonishment, this condoncame up at a very unheard of price and I snagged it immediately. We couldn't have been more happy with the location of the condo (lake view!), quietness of the building, politeness of the staff and overall stay. We are booking nextvyears here already.

Spectacular view

Very nice room, great view of the bay. The room was comfortable. The amenities of the resort, i.e the hot tib, pool, & fireplace in the living room of our building were wonderful. We were consider staying here again.

Wonderful Winter Holiday Sojourn

We came up the day before Christmas Eve and left Dec. 26--it was a great place to be for the holiday: peaceful, cozy, with great winter hiking. We were able to x-country ski right out the door, on the golf course. With more snow, the trails at surrounding parks would be fantastic. We explored The Ridges Sanctuary and Peninsula State Park, and there is much more to see for future visits! For years we have simply driven through Egg Harbor and the other towns on our way to Washington and Rock Islands. Now we know we can have shorter trips, especially with Tod and Kathleen's superb lodgings. The common areas of the resort mean that there's plenty of space for people to spread out if they want to, and we LOVED the perfectly warm, large swimming pool and hot tub. This is one of the easiest home rentals we've experienced--no stress re. check-in or unexpected conditions of the space, etc. It was perfect. The lake views really are lovely from their unit. Trustworthy hosts and listing.

Nice and quiet

Nice wooded property. First floor unit next to exit door. Quiet. Ate at on-site restaurant. Just the relaxing getaway we needed. DVD player worked great.

Great Location but needs some looking after...

Landmark is our go-to location when visiting Door County. The property has a great location and excellent facilities. The Suite is a water-facing corner on the main floor so it's very convenient and away from the bulk of the traffic and family noises. It is a standard layout with a small kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet and tub/shower separated from the sink which affords some extra privacy), a bedroom with a queen bed, a small dining area and a living room. Lots of windows and a small porch allow for relaxing views of the beautiful scenery. There were a couple of disappointing aspects. The bed seems to be old and very soft. It probably should be replaced. The inside of the dishwasher has seen better days and could use a descaling from the minerals in the water. The dishwasher racks have some rust spots and look a bit worse for the wear. The toaster does not work properly because the part that holds the bread does not go down the full amount causing only part of the bread to get toasted. There are also a few spots where the walls have been repaired but not repainted. Last, the large blind on the big window needs to be looked at because all of the cords are not properly situated, causing an uneven raising/lowering of the blind. Overall.... it was a little disappointing but not bad. Decent value for our money.

Great condo for a visit to Door County

My wife and I rented this property for a long weekend to see the fall leaves. It has a nice view of Green Bay and is centrally located to parks and little towns. Landmark and this specific condo are great for a cozy weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful resort!

From arrival to leaving our stay was exceptional! The property and grounds, the condo and view of the lake were wonderful. Condo was fantastic! Comfortable and clean, had everything we needed and spectacular view of the water. Truly it exceeded our expectations. Look forward to coming back next year!

Great night!

It was a wonderful surprise of a space with great stuff all Around the lodge. If there would be any critique, it would be to not have the cleaning staff come in while we were still in bed. That was a surprise and hopefully doesn’t happen to other visitors. We had not checked out and were sleeping in- only to be surprised with a gentleman walking in the door….

Amazing can’t wait to go back

Natures paradise! No noise or light pollution. Beautiful resort. Great pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Friendly people. Great food and service at the restaurant. My spouse and I stayed here to visit the Dark Sky Park just 40 minutes north. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We already can’t wait to go back! Thank you.

Revisiting Door County

We had actually stayed at this resort many years ago. The unit was very nice, plenty of room for the two of us. All of the furniture and supplies were very good. The view was beautiful. It checked all of our boxes.

Wedding Weekend

We have stayed at the Landmark Resort many times. It is a beautiful setting with a fantastic bay view. Our room had this view, the décor was tastefully designed, and the bed was very comfortable. I would return to the Landmark every year for the scenery.

Great unit

We stayed in another unit in the same building before we stayed in this unit. This unit was all updated with stainless steel appliances and was much better in its location - so convenient to the pool, parking lot, etc.
