We have zero complaints. The house was clean and comfortable (love the pillows and mattresses!) and the location is perfect - very close to downtown and in walking distance to shops. The host was friendly and prompt in communications. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with lots of great space. It is extremely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We especially liked the private carport parking. It was in a safe area and close to a Kroger for grocery shopping.

Great accommodations, easy check-in, and excellent communication from the host. A short Uber ride to downtown Nashville avoids costly parking fees.

We enjoyed our stay at this East Nashville townhome. Love being able to walk to Elegy for coffee & breakfast in the morning. Convenient parking and good location. Property is spacious, comfortable, and in good condition overall.

Easy, secure parking, clean property, very pretty home. Love that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Extremely friendly property management with great communication.

The property was truly clean and filled with dishes and cooking utensils needed. The location was perfect for access to freeways and 12 minutes from downtown Nashville. Each bedroom having their own bath space was amazing! There are stairs up to the main floor and again up to bedrooms, so be able to manage that. When property management was called, they answered immediately. The same at check in. food and restaurants were literally down the street. Awesome location!

We enjoyed our four-night stay in Nashville. The townhouse was in a very convenient location (only 5 miles to downtown), with a Publix only about 1.5 miles away and easy Uber pickup and drop-off. Parking for two vehicles was a real plus. The home was clean, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. The upstairs bedrooms were especially comfortable and a highlight of the property. The property contact was quick to reply to questions and check in/check out was a breeze. A few areas could use attention. The outside pane of the downstairs-bedroom window was broken, and that downstairs room felt somewhat gloomy. The interior would also benefit from fresh coat of paint, as there were noticeable scuff marks throughout the townhouse. While the neighborhood was generally quiet, nearby train tracks are active and we did hear train whistles in the evening.Overall, this was a clean, conveniently located property with useful amenities and good parking, though some maintenance and cosmetic updates would make this a 5 star property.

Great Place

Farmers first time in Nashville

Cozy and Convenient!

We needed a layover spot in Nashville for 7 people. This place was fabulous. Plenty of space, well appointed, and all the hotspots were easily accessible from this location. Would definitely stay again!

Easy to get around town from location. Very nice place. Alot of stairs but nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Great, spacious, clean condo!

We loved the space and the carport to park our rental under. It was the perfect place for our girl’s trip! (Especially the 3.5 bathrooms!!)
