If your looking for OCEAN FRONT , this is it! Regardless of the weather, you will love your stay here! Bring your binoculars to watch the sea life swim by...whales, dolphins, seals and otters!
Our cozy and comfortable beach house is located on the bluff above Seacliff State Beach and offers magnificent views of Seacliff State Beach and Monterey Bay. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will sleep up to six. The king bedroom has a sliding glass door that offers ocean views and sounds of the surf. The queen bedroom also has a sliding glass door that opens to the side patio. and you can hear the waves. The last bedroom has a double bed. There is also a small bonus room/den. The gas fireplace log set in the beautiful river rock fireplace makes it easy to stay warm on a cold winter day or warming up after a swim in the Pacific. Satellite TV is available in the living room, the king room, and the bonus room. Wireless internet is available to keep you connected. Our kitchen has a 5 burner gas range, convection microwave and granite countertops. It is also fully outfitted with utensils and table settings for at least 6 guests. Small appliances, pots, pans, and a wide variety of spices make it easy and fun to stay in and cook a meal. Or, walk to one of the several restaurants close by for a fun evening out. The Trex deck has a gas BBQ, outdoor patio furniture and is great for hanging out and entertaining. The driveway has parking for 2-3 cars. Just a short walk to the beach - this is the perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway for two! Deck was expanded and a cable style fence was installed in March 2023 for your safety!

Wonderful beach house with amazing views and location. We enjoying sitting on the back patio watching all the wildlife (birds, butterflies, seals, fish, whales etc.). House was perfect for our family of four and was stocked with everything you would ever need or imagine needing. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Beautiful property with a fabuous view. Very walking friendly to town and not far to drive for other fun beach towns. I would stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend at this beach house. Loved the view and the balcony. And parking was easy. Highly recommend. Also Manuel’s Mexican food and ice cream were walking distance

What a beautiful home! The views were spectacular, beach access was easy, the neighborhood is a lovely place to take a stroll with a nice mix of restaurants to walk to. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was so hard to leave!

This is a quintessential beach cottage that has been significantly upgraded. Newer appliances, excellent beds, nicely furnished with a terrific river rock fireplace. Terrific Sun Room with spectacular view. Great deck with ocean view. Those are the plus things. However, I had to spend a couple of hours weeding the brick entry way and pots, as well as washing the Trek deck. There was bird poop on the windows that I cleaned. Rugs were very dirty, definitely needed cleaning. Overall a very nice place that needs a little TLC and maintenance.

Lovely, comfortable, serene spot to enjoy being close to the ocean. Ideal location for Sea Cliff Beach area and for listening to the ocean all day. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped, great outdoor spaces, and the house has charm. One of the bathrooms could be a bit small for a large adult.

The house was fantastic and well outfitted. We really enjoyed our stay. The patio had such amazing views and really allowed us to fully enjoy the beach experience. Our host was great and quickly responded to the one question we had. Highly recommend this home and hope to return for another visit next year

Beautiful little spot
Wonderful spot for a short getaway. The views are excellent, kitchen is well appointed, and there is walkable beach access.

This home was perfect and you couldn't ask for a better view and weather! I would definitely rent it again. Location is easy to find and communication was available with the property manager. You won't regret coming here!

Beachfront Relaxation
The property is beautiful, the view of the ocean is stunning, and the area is just delightful. The host is very approachable and attentative if you have any questions. We had a fabulous time there and plan to return.

Amazing Beautiful.
This was an amazing stay. Views were beautiful with easy access to a great beach and a short drive to Santa Cruz Harbor. Would love to return and highly recommended to friends and family.

The kitchen has everything one would need. Great fireplace. New BBQ. Beautiful views.For some reason we didnt get the door code so we had to contact VRBO. A bit difficulty with them but the Host came through by 4pm If was our second time here. We love the place

Great Location
We came here for a vacation with our adult daughters and two grandchildren to visit our son. The house was a great location for listening to the ocean and watching the ocean wildlife! Host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again.

Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is only 15 minutes away - take the kids for a ride on the Giant Dipper roller coaster. Or take a drive down to Monterey or Carmel to experience the amazing Monterey Bay Aquarium or the famous 17 Mile Drive through Pebble Beach.
