My first time in Capitola, but I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Right in the heart of Capicola Village, walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants and of course the beach. We were able to prepare meals, enjoy our morning coffee either on the back porch or front deck, with plenty of privacy.

Location was amazing, super close to shops, restaurants and beach. Nice kitchen, lovely deck. Well stocked. Comfy beds. Good communication with the hosts. The only negative was the carpeting in the living area. It was super dirty, a bit disgusting with stains and a funky smell.

Nice, comfortable, clean unit right in town, easy access to restaurants and shops and beach. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean except for many stains on carpet, kitchen was well equipped and the best part was the lovely deck for sitting and reading with a glass of wine!! Convenient parking just down the stairs and was an easy (uphill) walk to Shadowbrook, a "must-go" restaurant while in Capitola!! Check in was simple and communications were very good. We had a slight issue with heater in unit (pilot light out) with no way to fix it and help arrived quickly. We'd definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

Went for a weekend getaway with my little family. It was perfect. Cozy home with all the amenities. The rooftop lounge was the icing on the cake. Just about 2 blocks from the beach and a half block from all of the shops. Loved that there is a market almost across the street. Made it easy to purchase anything that you may need or have forgotten. Plenty of room, great size for our family of 4. We will book this place again in the future if available!

Excellent location and a very nice patio/deck to bbq and entertain. Great communication whenever needed in asking questions about the place, too. One thing that should be updated is the box spring because it creaks with the slightest movement, so that is a trade off to work out until replaced.

This is a beautiful & spacious property. Everything we could have asked for! The location is fantastic. Walk out the door right into Capitola, a few minutes from the wharf & beach. And what a dream to have our own parking spot! There were three of us here & we all felt the same way about it. We grilled on the deck & ate all of our meals on the deck (except when we were eating at some of the excellent restaurants nearby). We would definitely come again.

This home was absolutely lovely! They had all the necessities that we needed to make a couple of meals and enjoy our coffee out on that beautiful deck every morning. And I love how close it was to everything we could walk the entire Capitola area it made for a lovely weekend!

The location was perfect. Even though it was near the center of town, it was quiet. There is plenty of space, particularly in the kitchen. It was a comfortable and pleasant unit, within walking distance of all shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was a bit confusing regarding the entry, but we called the host and she cleared it up.

The location was ideal to walk to everything local, right in the heart of the village - Gayle's bakery is also walking distance, so good! The place is spotless and fully stocked - both kitchen and bathrooms along with towels for the beach. Only challenge was the bed - so squeaky! My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms due to the noise - every turn or movement was a squeak. There was one other issue that came up that the management quickly took care of - super fast response and fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Very happy with the property, its condition and location. Great communication with property management — I appreciated how they reached out during my stay to make sure everything was good (which it was). My family would happily stay here again.

Lovely retreat by the beach

My family has always loved coming to Capitola, and our stay at the Sea Breeze Retreat made our latest trip a wonderful experience being so close to the wharf and the shops and restaurants. The apartment was great, with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation property. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The communication with the property managers was excellent and prompt. Can't recommend enough
