We had a great stay and were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We had no issues during our stay and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly what my husband and I needed. Small and very comfortable. We will definitely return. Location is excellent. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Beach was very nice. We will be back. Hopefully next time a hurricane won’t be approaching and we can stay a full week!!

I had the best time. It was absolutely perfect for a solo getaway. I loved the peek a boo ocean view from the balcony. The bed was so comfortable and they have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The sofa was comfy and TV easy to use. I definitely would stay here again as I did not want to leave.

Stayed here for our anniversary and it is conveniently located a short walk to the beach, pools, and several restaurants. Quaint and private.

Loved staying here. Incredible location and perfect for two to four people. Very clear instructions for check-in and additional information left for us in the cottage. Only recommendation would be a comfier mattress on the bed.

Cheryl Moody is wonderful to rent from. This Casita is perfect for two people. It’s comfy. It’s cozy. It’s clean. It’s up-to-date and it also has upscale furnishings. I highly recommend this for a couple or a single person. It’s so close to the beach. It’s absolutely perfect.

Perfect getaway at the beach. Close enough to walk or bike everywhere we needed to be. On a quiet street yet so close to the beach! Really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!

Our stay was amazing! We come to Rosemary ever summer but coming in October was magical! The carriage house was just as described, so cozy and perfect for a long weekend getaway! Access to the beach was perfect, loved walking the quiet streets and cruising around on the bikes! We will definitely return! Can’t wait for our next getaway!

Loved our stay at this beautiful carriage house! Beach view from the balcony & super short walk to the beach & restaurants were definite highlights. The property is stocked with everything you may need. We will be back!

Awesome place

The property is in a perfect location, a few minute walk to the main drag and came with all the amenities we were looking for - especially the beach chairs and cooler. Would highly recommend.
