This is our second time staying at Luxury Modern on Newport Westside. We really enjoyed it again. The rental is very comfortable and well equipped and it is really close to everything we like to do in Bend and easy to get out of town to Mt Bachelor. The manager was particularly helpful to us on this stay, which was really good. We hope to rent it again.

Very nice house. Spacious, comfortable, clean, extremely well equipped. Perfect for a group of friends or a families. We had a really good time there. And the property manager was very helpful.

Loving Bend

Have stayed in many rentals and this one was one of the best. Communication was great; home perfect location to walking to Town & NW Bend; clean; comfortable and very well appointed. Appreciated the privacy of master bedroom to other 2 bedrooms. Planning to stay there again!

Newport Avenue condo

This property is in a great location - we could walk downtown to the restaurants and the farmers' market. Several good restaurants were even closer. Trattoria Sbandati was a favorite along with Flights Wine Bar. The condo is attractive and well cared for.

Great choice

Had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Plenty of room for two couples. Grocery store and coffee shops easy walk. Easy access to highways for day trips. Could walk to restaurants- longer walk to center of town but easy for younger folks. Just as pictured

Clean and modern

Busy great location, beds comfortable, updated kitchen. Lots of little details about lighting and lots of stairs. Liked it for our family, it is not for everyone. Checkout and checkin a snap

Wonderful Home

River West is one of a row of townhomes in a popular part of Bend. Right across street from Newport Market which is a wonderful high end local grocery. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend Spork. The home was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. Very clean, kitchen was decently well appointed. Home is LEED certified so very environmentally friendly. Gigantic master bath and high quality bed- although a bit soft for my taste. Living room was roomy and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was fantastic. Walked to Munchin Music (Summer Thursday music festival at Drake Park). Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you for letting us use yoor wonderful home. Would definitely stay again.

Great property with easy walking to many locations in Bend. Coffee shop and grocery store both a block away. Downtown area was a 15 minute walk and Hayden Homes Amphitheater was a 30 minute walk. House was comfortable, and well equipped. There was only air conditioning upstairs, which was difficult due to the extreme heat we encountered. It would have been fine if the temperatures were at normal summer levels. They did provide fans in many rooms, which helped a lot. Beds were soft but very comfortable, even for someone who likes a more firm mattress. Bedding and linens were clean and comfortable, including the pillows. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking, including cleaning products and paper products. Host was prompt with communication and flexible with us for arrival time. Great place, would definitely stay here again if in Bend!

Wonderful home in a great location relative to downtown, parks, shopping, and dining. We did have a problem with the refrigerator that was promptly addressed by our host with care for our family vacation plans. I especially appreciated how well the kitchen was supplied, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. (Extra points in my book for sharp kitchen knives!)Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful condo close to downtown

Loved all the modern luxuries of this condo. Very nice and in a very nice part of town close to the market. Only downside was the construction going on outside.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful house, well maintained, clean and well stocked! Mindy was fantastic and responsive. The location is super convenient. I would absolutely rent this house again and tell friends to do the same.

Great place - excellent location

This is a great house for couples to stay. The bedroom/bathroom set ups are perfect for adults. Darling neighborhood with super cute coffee shops and cafes. Excellent communication with Property Manager.

Bike Everywhere

Perfect location for easy biking to the best Bend city venues. Easy drive to everything else. House was spacious, great amenities, comfortable, and split design perfect for 2 couples. Property management was super helpful and great to coordinate with in advance. Only feedback would be to clean under beds and dressers; I was doing a lot of floor stretching and just noticed. Otherwise , everyplace else was meticulously clean :)

Northwest Bend

Beautiful home with a great location to enjoy Bend. It is a lovely home that was well stocked and comfortable. Though off a busier street it’s quiet inside and on the patio. Proximity to a market, the river and downtown made it even better for our group.

Perfect

I’m often disappointed by rentals, either because the owner cut corners or the pictures are misleading. Not this time. Lovely modern house with a lot of space and everything you’d need to enjoy a trip to Bend. Highly recommend. Someone put a lot of thought into this place.
