Nestled on the fourth floor of a meticulously restored Savannah manor, this airy and bright studio apartment awaits to make your stay truly unforgettable overlooking beautiful Monterey Square. Experience the convenience of keyless entry as you use your individual access code upon arrival.
Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your studio apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with built-in reading nook closest to the window. Extended stays are a breeze with a standing wardrobe and adjacent washer and dryer.
The full bath with standing shower is opposite the bedroom, boasting handmade ceramic tiles and plenty of storage space. Around the corner, a galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. On moderate days, enjoy a breeze by opening the French doors that lead to the balcony.
Just a stone's throw away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous studio apartment is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Super quaint place. Perfect to location to have access to everything in the historical town. Clean. You do hear city sounds and the walls are a little thin.

This was a great place for us to stay as first time Savannah visitors. Walking distance to most places. Clean. Comfortable bed. I was worried about parking but never had a problem getting a metered spot close by.

25th wedding anniversary trip
Perfect place to stay in downtown Savannah! Easy to walk to all the great restaurants and shops. Great people to work with! Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Spring break
This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

Excellent location
This was an excellent little place for our Savannah visit. We were right at Bull St and walked everywhere. Great location but also a quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

Everything we had hoped for and more!
The property and location were perfect for us. Very easy to work with, as described and truly felt like a home away from home. We will.be highly recommending this property to others as well as hoping to return soon!

Beautiful Savannah Spot for Couples
My wife and I went for a weekend getaway from the northeast winter. Perfect location, beautiful apartment, and in the heart of storybook Savannah area. Highly recommend!

The place was quaint and nice but there were a few fairly off-putting things. When we arrived there was hairs on the shower curtain and on the upholstered bench cushion. It is hard to feel at home when you see that. Secondly the front door downstairs is extremely loud, so anytime somebody comes or goes it makes a very loud and disturbing bang.

We’ll also look into having our maintenance inspect the downstairs front door to eliminate the loud banging.
