Be in awe of this beautifully restored Savannah manor as you walk up the short flight of stairs to the main entry. This spacious studio apartment is located on the third floor and boasts stunning views of the area.

Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your studio apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with built-in reading nook closest to the window. Extended stays are a breeze with a standing wardrobe and adjacent washer and dryer.

The full bath with standing shower is opposite the bedroom, boasting handmade ceramic tiles and plenty of storage space. Around the corner, a galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. On moderate days, enjoy a breeze by opening the French doors that lead to the balcony.

Just a stone's throw away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous studio apartment is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be aware of the posted Sweep Zone signs.

25th wedding anniversary trip

The studio apartment was in a fantastic location. The kitchen makes it easy for cooking meals and snacks when not eating out!

Excellent location

This was an excellent little place for our Savannah visit. We were right at Bull St and walked everywhere. Great location but also a quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Savannah Spot for Couples

My wife and I went for a weekend getaway from the northeast winter. Perfect location, beautiful apartment, and in the heart of storybook Savannah area. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Great Location, on Bull, on square. Stayed a week. Parking very easy with the app. Noise was a concern on the last two nights. Very easy to hear voices outside and neighbors going up the stairs.

Great Location

Lovely apartment - light, airy & well equipped (although could have done with more coat hangers) Bit of a challenge to get luggage up multiple flights of stairs, so anyone for whom this might be an issue needs to bear that in mind. Pleasant stroll, through several of Savannah's delightful squares, to the riverfront area. The management company Lucky Savannah were very easy to deal with - friendly, helpful & accommodating

Vacay with bae!

We took a MUCH needed vacay/reset without the kids to Savannah. I don't even know where to start with this place...it was GREAT! The pictures are accurate, the place was clean and management was accommodating. The place is close to everything, you literally can take a 10 minute walk and you end up on Broughton St. where there's plenty of shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parks/trails for the avid walker or runner. We will DEFINITELY book with this management company again.

The location was perfect….close to Forsyth Park, good restaurants, pretty squares to stroll through and near several hop-on hop-off trolley stops to get to other parts of Savannah. Clean, nice view from third floor. No elevator so steps were a lot at the end of the day only because I have bad knees.

Just fine

The property was ready at 4:00pm as promised and listing was accurate. My mom and I enjoyed the location as we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have laundry facilities to use during our stay. I would recommend fixing the toilet handle to prevent the toilet from continuing to run. Overall we agreed the facility was “just fine” for a long weekend away.

Great location, but uncomfortable

The only bad thing I have to say is if you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the place. Having a decent bed, pillows, and bedding really goes a long way… there wasn’t extra pillows or blankets which was sad. It’s needed in a drafty building, especially when it’s cold out.

3rd Floor Studio

Very much enjoyed this rental with my sister! We were able to drop bags off early at the office (different location from rental, but close). The rental itself was in a PERFECT, beautiful location right off a square and Forsyth Park. There was plenty of room and storage space, lots of light, and the room/decor was very nice. The walls are definitely thin but we didn’t have major issues, and the water pressure isn’t great but not bad and I have thick, medium length hair! I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a getaway

Full of charm. The location could not have been more perfect. Steps away from Forsyth Park (where you can get coffee to go, brunch, lunch, etc) and Mercer House. Fell in love with the beautiful homes and trees immediately. Kitchen was adorable and had everything we needed. Britta water filter pitcher saved us from having to bring back bottles of water. Shower is spacious but water pressure not the best. Bed was large, a little firm for me, but my husband loved it. Multiple pillow firmness options were great. Windows could be cleaner, love the natural light and raised blinds daily, but windows are in need of some maintenance. There is some road noise, noticed mostly at night (street sweeper, people talking loudly on sidewalk). One window in our unit was noticeably lowered at the top and seemed to be painted in place, leaving a 2” gap, hence, the road noise. Other than some quirky little things, we would definitely stay here again and had a magnificent time on the city tours, dinner cruise and walking around this history filled city.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Submerged in beauty, history and great people. Very well maintained and presented, light and airy for a small space. Spoke to staff once and were very helpful. If they know you are staying for more than one night, they should leave more coffee, it’s only a days supply they leave and two medium size towels for two people for 3 nights, but I just dried them in the dryer.
