Welcome to The Park House Studio 3A, where historic charm meets modern comfort. Nestled on the fourth floor of a meticulously restored Savannah manor, this airy and bright studio apartment awaits to make your stay truly unforgettable overlooking beautiful Monterey Square. Experience the convenience of keyless entry as you use your individual access code upon arrival.

Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your studio apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with built-in reading nook closest to the window. Extended stays are a breeze with a standing wardrobe and adjacent washer and dryer.

The full bath with standing shower is opposite the bedroom, boasting handmade ceramic tiles and plenty of storage space. Around the corner, a galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. On moderate days, enjoy a breeze by opening the French doors that lead to the balcony.

Just a stone's throw away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous studio apartment is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

This was a great place for us to stay as first time Savannah visitors. Walking distance to most places. Clean. Comfortable bed. I was worried about parking but never had a problem getting a metered spot close by.

The place was quaint and nice but there were a few fairly off-putting things. When we arrived there was hairs on the shower curtain and on the upholstered bench cushion. It is hard to feel at home when you see that. Secondly the front door downstairs is extremely loud, so anytime somebody comes or goes it makes a very loud and disturbing bang.

Spring break

This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The third floor studio was located just steps from Forsyth park and no more than a 20 minute walk to the river. The unit was very clean. We walked everywhere since we were just minutes away from great restaurants and must-dos. We absolutely loved Artillery for drinks and Gallery Espresso for morning coffee and awesome scones. We absolutely loved the location of our studio. It was very quiet and in a lovely area right outside Monterey Square. It made our Savannah stay that much more enjoyable.

Great location

Loved the location, air conditioner was nice and cold after walking all day in the muggy weather. Would differently stay here again. Loved the historic house❤️

Excellent location

This was an excellent little place for our Savannah visit. We were right at Bull St and walked everywhere. Great location but also a quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Best spot we could have stayed in in Savannah! Picturesque and quiet, but right in the main thoroughfare to the action and steps away from Forsyth. Definitely felt like a hotel experience and not a local experience, so if you’re looking for homely touches and interaction with locals this is not it. Had everything we needed.

Great Location

Great Location, on Bull, on square. Stayed a week. Parking very easy with the app. Noise was a concern on the last two nights. Very easy to hear voices outside and neighbors going up the stairs.
