Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Cozy studio

Cute and clean. Wonderful location. All areas of the historic district were walkable. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Weekend Get Away in Savannah

Savannah Terrace

Park House 3b was so adorable! It was in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was walkable to all the action. Clean linens and easy check in process. The main office held our bags before check in as well! This helped make our vacation run smoothly. Would definitely book again!

Sweet Savannah

The Park House was the most perfect location. We were right in the middle of the city and could stop at home anytime we needed between activities. It was just a gorgeous and comfortable stay. Bed was beyond comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, great property, BUT there are issues with microwave and coffee maker electrical circuits - the GFDI breakers keep tripping, so you have to reset them a time or 2 everytime you make coffee, or use the microwave.

Location & charm

The entire downtown area is walkable from this house and it was so fun to experience the charm of staying essentially off of Forsyth Park while being here. It's a cozy place for you and another, we especially enjoyed being on the 3rd floor with a view into the trees. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

We stayed in Savannah for five days without a car as everything was within walking distance or shuttle access. Just steps from Forsyth Park too!

The only great thing about the unit was the location. It is right in the middle of historic downtown Savannah and Monterey park is at the front doorstep. Overall, the unit was disappointing as there was a strong musty/moldy smell in the unit. The microwave was also out and after making several calls, they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. However, the unit went out again the same day it was fixed. I ended up staying only 2 nights and requested they move me to another unit for the rest of my stay.

Fantastic location

Location location location. This place is wonderfully positioned in Savannah. No shortage of parks, shops and restaurants in short walking distance. For those that don’t mind a little hike, you can walk to anything you wish from here. 10/10

Excellent location, lovely flat, walkable to all historic points of interest, great restaurants nearby, helpful support staff from property management Lucky Savannah answered some of our questions upon arrival and made it all easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is magical to open the door onto Monterey Square! The location makes up for a lot of little things we didn't expect to find in a place advertised as luxury - stains on furniture and walls, etc. As others have observed walls and floor are very thin, especially when loud guests enter after midnight. Finally, please warn future guests that if they park on the street Tuesday or Friday am they will have to move their cars for street sweeping.

Perfect Romantic Retreat

Easy walk to the attractions on River Street (15 min walk) and beautiful Forsyth Park is right around the corner. Also conveniently located to a grocery store (10 min walk)for those nights you want to stay in and enjoy the studio! Lots of natural light and airy, relaxing decor to complement the beauty of the natural scenery of Savannah you can soak in from your perch in your third floor balcony nestled among Magnolia trees. Lucky Savannah was an easy property manager to work with, always available, and accommodated early check in and late checkout to sync with our airline reservations. All other needed information for the rental was located in an easy to navigate app on your phone. Don't miss out on these accommodations!

A couple small changes could have made our stay better1) shower head has awful water pressure 2) sheets were too small and did not fit the bed. We would stay their again.

Great spot for a single person or couple. It is in a great location for Forsyth Park but a pretty good walk to River street. Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

My friend and I LOVED staying here, it was a perfect little getaway close to several parks and walkable to most attractions, food and coffee shops. Washer and dryer in unit was great. I would highly recommend!

Nice place

We had a nice stay at this property. It was clean, and simple. My only critique would be that it would be nice if they added a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some creamer and sugar, but that's being picky!
