This house was perfect for our needs. Great appointments, supplies, very clean. The backyard, with the play set and nice big patio was awesome. Very cute, sunny home, great location, with an easy walk down to the beach.

We have been here many times for 10-days periods, and the place is as good as it can be. We still like it as much as the first, the second, ... and the seventh time.

Overall, a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood! Our family enjoyed the house, especially the backyard. The location is nice, a few blocks from a local beach with a good Mexican restaurant within those few blocks. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and it was a nice dining area. Beds were mostly average quality, not the best. Only issue was that everyday we noticed white animal hair on our clothes after sitting on the couch and other chairs.

The house is very cozy with lots of light and nice backyard. Simple walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Little gas fueled fireplace was really nice and heated things up very well. We had come for a memorial service and the home was very soothing to return to.Very nice place.

This house was so super nice ! The beds were comfortable . We always had hot water and great water pressure. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed! Easy to get in. Friendly neighborhood nice walk to beach and close to everything. There’s a main bridge out that will be out for another couple years. So out drive time to the boardwalk was a little longer but not too bad . Just wanted people to be aware of that incase they are traveling for a wedding or anything like we were . Nothing negative to write about. The host and the house were amazing.

Great location

We loved the size of the house and how accommodating us was for our family. The location was amazing! Very close to beautiful beaches and wonderful food. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Great Stay

Me and my husband stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was great. The owners are wonderful and the house was very clean. It was just me and my husband but would definitely return with kids.

Awesome time by the beach

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and nice and the owners were easy to reach with questions. The location is awesome too as it is just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at this house again. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This property hosted our family for a fun weekend in Santa Cruz - close to the beach and surrounding Capitola. Easy access to freeway and a quite neighborhood. All the amenities close by, really felt like home!
