Great Get away!

Nice clean updated property. Close to Port Clinton and the ferry is real close and also beach access. Very big backyard with plenty of seating. Wild wings restaurant highly recommended on the property.

This was perfect for a recent fishing trip. Cement pad made parking 3 boats while still hooked up a breeze. Ted is awesome to rent from. We have rented with him 5x and he makes the process easy. See ya next yr

We had a great time. 8 adults and 4 kids, the home had a perfect layout for us. Beach is small but was very close and we were the only ones using it for the most part. Lots of bugs, but that’s Lake life. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seashell. It was clean, easy to find and quiet neighborhood. There was 8 of us, including 2 teen boys. Good communication with the owner when we had questions, or needed something. The only downfall was just having 1 bathroom, which I looked over when booking it, but we made it work.

Lake Erie Fun

This rental is outstanding! It is beautifully decorated, completely furnished, clean, and steps from the lake. The owner is pleasant and readily accessible for any questions or concerns. This rental made our family get together perfect!

Great Birding Location

Positives: super close to birding locations; quiet neighborhood; spacious, comfortable, clean; 2 decks and outdoor shower (did not use) Could Improve: Next to no water pressure; more than one washcloth, a bath mat, kitchen hot pads, and updated pillows and bedding would be nice.

The Water Pressure was caused by the Township with a Water leak. I appreciate the other comments . Hot pads and washcloths I had alot. I will ck to see if they are misplaced. The bedding is pretty new, but i will look at it with Cleaning Staff ! THANK YOU !

The house is gorgeous! We had 8 people and were very comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with kitchen wares. The kids loved being able to walk over to the water for a swim. Loved hearing the waves while sitting on the front deck. There is also a play area for kids next door and our grandkids loved it.

Walleye guys weekend

Pictures don’t do it justice. Cute, quiet, and clean freshly updated 4 bedroom cottage. All the amenities you could ask for, even beach access. Fully furnished and then some. Owner was friendly and available if we needed during our entire stay. Beds were comfortable. Nice relaxing deck and big parking slab.

Great location for birding; nice kitchen

This beach house worked well for our group that was in Ohio for birding - 10-15 minutes to Magee Marsh and birds singing in the trees around the house. The kitchen was better equipped than most such houses, so we were able to cook and enjoy meals. Nice porch! Only one bathroom but we made it work.

Property was in a good location by the lake. A few items repairs (cabinet doors under sink needed hinge repairs and screen door wouldn't close by itself).

Thank you so much for coming. I would suggest next time just ask for the repair. I asked the cleaning staff and the maintenance guy. Neither one knew about it, but they were such easy fixes that I would have gladly done quickly.

Loved, loved, loved this house!!!

My family and I stay for the holiday weekend and my daughter’s 17th birthday. As soon as we arrived the aesthetics were gorgeous. The house had everything we needed in it. The property was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. You could see the water from the front porch. I absolutely would stay here again and again and again. My only tiff was the grill not being cleaned and it ran out of propane, but other than that. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Seashell

Our stay at the Seashell was awesome. Large home with upscale finishes and decor. Lots of areas for everyone in family to have their space. Nice driveway for extra parking. Extremely clean. Nice BBQ. The lot is large with trees. Quiet neighborhood. The beach path was across the small road. It was a nice sandy area. We know the area so we explored Marblehead. Lunched at Cleats and Tin Goode Diner. I would book this again if we get a large group. Thanks to the owner who readily answered questions

Great place to stay, and budget friendly. Steps away from the lake- we had a great time swimming, paddling and fishing. Nice yard - we appreciated it for soccer and wiffleball. Nice quiet neighborhood for evening walks. House was exactly as described- comfortable, clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. Check in was a breeze and Ted was very responsive!

We truly enjoyed the stay! Very close to the beach access. Nice little park nearby that my son enjoyed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to attractions. House was clean but not quite what I would have expected for the price. Did not receive an email with check in instructions like other properties I’ve rented but Owner responded very quickly when I reached out with questions.

Thank you for the Review. The home is extremely clean, and i have had no complaints all year. Im lost on the issue, since you just stated "not quite expected" .. If there was some issue, i am unaware what it could be. I Inspected it, and it looked fantastic before you checked in. As for a Code to get in the house, We had a guest checking out at 10am same day you checked in. I Gave you the code early in the AM, and you said "No Worrys" You got into the home quickly after you questioned , and you stated you were in! You wanted to bring 2 cats and a dog, and I do not allow pets. I Explained we cannot do a proper cleaning if we had pets too. We try very hard to please, and its a cottage, and is always very clean. You never stated anything during your stay, and reference makes no sense. I gave you a five star, you were good guests. I wish, as a host, you would reach out if there is something not right to your standards. THANK YOU for coming !
