Grab a beach towel and chair (provided to you) and spend the whole day at the shared private beach! Enjoy your dinner on the covered porch while taking in the sunset! Looking for some time on the lake? The Locust Point Marina and Charter Fishing are just a short walk away for the best Walleye fishing in the world! Take a short drive to Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Magee Marsh for excellent views of local wildlife, birds and beautiful eagles that inhabit this area. Want to step into the nightlife at Put-in-Bay? How about a casual day at the vineyards of Kellys Island? Grab a ferry from Port Clinton just 20 minutes away! Catch a view of the light house in nearby Marblehead and enjoy the local shops there to pick up some souvenirs. This two bedroom home will serve your guests well as a home-base or quiet getaway with a full and twin bunk bed in the main bedroom with en suite and a queen in the second bedroom. Need to sleep more than five? Just pull open the twin bed hidden away in the ottoman in the en suite bedroom and roll out there is an inflatable double mattress with metal frame in the closet! A Murphy bed in the living are completes the list of sleeping areas. Housing up to eight guests total. The two full bathrooms will allow you to wash the day of fun and sun away and dry off with the cozy towels made available to you.

Extremely well equipped rental, outdoor water gear, games, lots of kitchen tools and supplies.The convenience of short walk to the beach was great and the sunsets from the porch were awesome.Beds and pillows were comfy. Place was clean.Would recommend.

The beach access was really good. Takes just a minute to be on the beach. It's a private beach, so we had it to ourselves almost every time we went there, The inside was comfortable and well furnished. The amenities were excellent and abundant. We had everything we needed. The reason for the 4-star rating is the cleanliness of the outside, the yard and the porch. We had to clean cobwebs and debris from the chairs and tables on the porch and wash layers of dust and dirt from the table tops. This was not dirt from a random rain, but had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. But the views, the kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies were above and beyond some other places we have stayed. There were games and cards for the kids, which was very much appreciated. All in all, I would stay here again,

Great stay by the water

We had a fantastic stay. It was cold so we didnt get to utilize the deck as much as we would of liked to but still great. Very well stocked and comfortable. Lots of seating and nice areas outside to walk.

Lovely area to stay

Nice location with wayer views and easy beach access. We were birding at nearby Magee Marsh and it's a close easy drive. Kitchen fully stocked, bedding could use an update but fine. Hope to come again we enjoyed it!

We loved our stay. The house is perfect size for a small family and has been renovated so everything is new. The best thing is the access to the beach. We are already planning to go back next year.

Wonderful lake house!

Loved seeing the lake from the covered front deck! The beach was just a short walk and we enjoyed walking and collecting a few shells. We hope to return during warm weather. This is a very clean and comfortable home and was very welcoming.

Great stay!

The house has everything needed for a great getaway. Ample seating outdoors and in, anything you could possibly need for your stay at your disposal. We loved the overall look of the house and a gorgeous view to watch the sunset. We had a little challenge figuring out the heat since the weather was unseasonably cold this weekend in late May.

Birding by the lake

Good location for our reason to be in the area. Enjoyed being right by the lake. Enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. House was adequate for all our needs.

Nice location

House worked for what we needed it for. Very close to water & beach. Close to Put In Bay & we went to Marblehead to view the lighthouse. Highly recommend if you’ve never seen it!

Fishing trip

Everything was great except AC. Don’t think the house got below 80 degrees the whole weekend. Otherwise was a great place for a fishing weekend

Peaceful Lakefront Gem with Incredible Views

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The property was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The private beach access was a huge plus—just a few steps and we were on the sand, enjoying the calm waters of Lake Erie. One of the highlights of our trip was sitting on the front porch to watch the fireworks —such a memorable experience!The home itself felt like a true retreat, with thoughtful touches throughout and plenty of space for our family to unwind. We also appreciated how close it was to Port Clinton—just a short drive away for restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Put-in-Bay.

Perfect getaway for everyone!

11/10 experience! I planned a trip with 8 people and the place had all the accommodations we needed. The host was very nice and very quick to respond. The house is located on a private row with a private beach. The surrounding location is great you are 5-15 minutes from most of the charters and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved the house and location

We loved our rental house and its close access to the beach. During the weekdays we were often the only ones swimming and kayaking. The owner was very responsive when a glitch happened upon arrival with the door lock. It was resolved quickly. The owner was also very generous with providing paper supplies, beach towels, etc. My suggestion would be to bring your own kayak as the two provided are in rough shape. Family time was great and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The bird life and sunsets from the porch were amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. Eagle watching was thrilling and we also enjoyed visiting the Magee Marsh Wildlife Center which was only 10 minutes away. The 4 out of 5 stars reflected the entry glitch and unusable kayaks. Otherwise, we would love to return next year.
