Sailor’s Cottage is a gem! The property is immaculately maintained and Kim was a wonderful, communicative host! She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and gave us a lot of helpful information about the area, as it was our first visit to St. John. The property itself is fabulous. I can’t imagine a more beautiful view. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is fabulous!! We loved cooling off in the pool while watching sailboats come and go from stunning Coral Bay below us. What an incredible property. We highly recommend!!!

We loved this house! Our five day stay (two adults, two teenagers) was very comfortable from start to finish, and we had everything we needed. Kim is an outstanding and knowledgeable host. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patio, and ate many of our meals at the picnic table outside. The view was spectacular and the location was peaceful and quiet.

What a beautiful place! Kim was so helpful from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed the “remote” feeling of the place. It was so nice to get away from the hustle and the pool provided the perfect relaxing spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the house & Kim was very helpful and checked in with us several times during our visit to make sure things were going well and that we didn't we need anything. Close to Coral Bay and all the restaurants in the area are 10 minutes away. Pay attention to the listing warning about the road- driving up and down is an adventure. Be sure you have a jeep/high ground clearance truck- the last mile or so is dirt roads and very rocky.

We had an amazing time at this home - the view and home were spectacular. We appreciated how quiet this side of the island was at night and the quick access to beaches and great restaurants. The road is rugged but a fun part of the experience and yes you will want a Jeep. The host was great and had a lot of tips and suggestions.

An Amazing Place

What an amazing place from the location to the house to the owners. You couldnt ask for a better vacation spot. I would love to make it back.

The house and view is beyond amazing but Kim the host and her husband David go above and beyond any host I have met before they are there with tons of suggestions and very responsive to any concern. Kim even gave us a ride when our jeep broke down and offered to help us when our flight was cancelled she is amazing You will have nothing to worry about

Kim is an excellent host. She met us when we arrived and guided us the home. She walked us through the property, explaining where things were. We stood on the pool deck and she pointed out the grocery store, restaurants and described her favorite beaches. The home is great. Bed is comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, pool is perfect. Star gazing from the deck was a nice treat. Kim responded quickly to questions we had about the island. Perfect!

Sailors Cottage was amazing!

The property was very nice and clean and Kim was over the top helpful. The views of Coral Bay are amazing with gorgeous sunrises. I would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved our time at Sailors Cottage and Coral Bay! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Views

Beautiful little villa, better than advertised! The hosts are incredibly hospitable and helpful and made our stay so easy. The views are unbeatable, and the access is central to north shore beaches, east end, south shore. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back!

A great stay at Sailors Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. She was responsive to all of our needs, and kept us up to date on any island happenings. House was well equipped, everything we needed was readily available. Would happily return.

Luxury with a Spectacular View!

This cottage is great getaway location'. The house is very well appointed with everything you will need. Great pool and deck with a million dollar view of Coral Bay. Bed room was perfect and has great AC. Owner was very attentive and helpful!

Checkin was great. Road to home is extremely bumpy but worthwhile. Pool and view is phenomenal. Great place. No AC in the main unit. Dont forget to rub the belly of the Buddha.
