Little Pink Cottage OBX in Nags Head, NC

Come stay at our Little Pink Cottage in south Nags Head, NC located roughly halfway between the two piers (Jennette’s and OBX fishing piers). Approx. 150 ft from the private beach access. Recently renovated head to toe! Sleeps 6 comfortably with super comfy mattresses and pillows. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, newly tiled interior bath, heated outdoor shower, screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, storage room with a washer and dryer, new central air system, TVs, wifi, cable, Roku TV, board games, and a Weber charcoal grill.

The Outer Banks has been awarded numerous times as the top beach for families! Nestled between Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills and Old Oregon Inlet, this area offers an endless amount of water and dune activities.

We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, comfort, and proximity to the beach! You and your guests get the whole house to yourself and will love not having to cross any streets walking to the private beach access. Spend the day on the beach and then grill out and enjoy the screened in patio views & ocean wave sounds!

You have the whole cottage to yourselves - a total of 754 sqft. There is a lockbox on the house that you will be given a code prior to your stay. Additionally, there are 3 parking spots on our property.

We had such a great stay! The cottage is conveniently located near so many restaurants and attractions. Not to mention, just a quick walk to the beach. My 3 year old daughter didn’t want to leave “the pink house” and was obsessed with the bunk beds. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with what we needed to make food. The hosts were super easy to get in contact with as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Black mold in bathroom and down stairs smells like mildew the door wouldn’t work when I got there the washer wouldn’t work trash and old beach towels thrown all around the property was worse house I have ever been on vacation too

Mike, I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, we got all of this information from you on the last 2 hours of your multiple day trip. Several of these items could have been quickly addressed the moment you noticed them. We always want to know if there’s any concerns ASAP to make guests stay the best possible. Multiple members of our team immediately went to the cottage after hearing this feedback… Within seconds of arrival, our team immediately called and confirmed no mold anywhere. There was a small speck of mildew in the bathroom due to steam which wiped away easily and was bleached clean as a safety precaution. The exterior was then searched based on your comments and found one beach towel behind the cottage that had unfortunately fallen back there. It was immediately disposed of. As for the door, had you informed us of any issues our team would have resolved immediately. Our washer was quickly repaired as there was a brief issue with the lock. Our cottage and team pride ourselves on top quality cottage, service, and communication. Unfortunately, we weren’t given a chance to show that since we were unaware of any concerns until the night you left. We have never received a rating so low in our history of hosting. The rest of our positive ratings speak for themselves. We do our very best to take great care of the cottage. Unfortunately, at times things may need repairs. However, please know our team will be out there ASAP so that you can enjoy your trip.

My family (my husband, myself and 3 teenage daughters) had a fantastic stay at the little pink cottage! Pros:The location is perfect, steps to a great beach, and also close to lots of good restaurants and things to do in the area (Jockey Ridge, Manteo waterfront, mini golf, etc)The cottage is clean and well-stocked. Every kitchen item we needed was there and they had beach chairs, boogie boards etc for use.The host is extremely responsive. Any question I sent before or during our stay was answered within minutes. Cons:This isn't really a con but just something to note depending on your party size is the cottage isn't very big. We fit fine for sleeping (and the beds are very comfy!) but if you're a family that plans to spend a lot of time together at the cottage, cooking big meals, etc, the living room/kitchen area is tight. The screened in porch with table for 6 was great, we used that a lot for playing games together, but it's not air-conditioned so wasn't always the most comfortable spot! Overall I would recommend the little pink cottage for OBX visitors and hope to stay there again at some point!

Very cute place to stay for a couple of nights and convenient to the OBX Triathalon sites. Loved the shell decor and artwork. Master bed leg could use some cushion according to my toe. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the little pink cottage. The a/c worked very well and the place was updated! Location to the beach was great but it was 150 feet to beach access path not 50 feet. We were disappointed that the screened in porch was not cleaned at all. Sand and debris were all over the table and there was evidence still there from previous renters. There was a boot tray that was right by the porch door and the sliding door that my husband slipped on it because it was right where you walked in. He almost fell. On the outside porch, there were 2 old rusty hinge like things on the railing that my husband almost cut himself on when he was hanging out our beach towels to dry. Overall, it was good and we enjoyed ourselves!

As for the sand on the screened porch, we clean it very often, unfortunately anytime it rains or storms it returns, as that’s one of the side effects of being so close to the ocean. My daughter & I had a wonderful time at the Little Pink Cottage. Very nice, cozy home, had all we needed. Location is great - easy short walk to the ocean front!

This was our second time staying at the little pink beach house. We are a family of 4 and it is just perfect for us. A very short walk to the oceanfront and so peaceful. We hope to go back a third time!

I stayed at the Pink Cottage for three nights. We enjoyed our visit. The location is easy to get to and quiet. You can hear the waves on the beach. The beach was beautiful. The accommodations were great!

Hi Vicki, I am so sorry to hear about the ants, as your rating is the first we have been informed of them. We have a local Pest Control company that can address this. We will send them over asap. Additionally, they come to the cottage quarterly for ongoing preventative treatment .

Great OBX Location

The Little Pink Cottage is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the surrounding attractions the Outer Banks offers. The Booth family is fantastic to communicate with and they make everything simple and pleasant.

Loved it here!

Cute and cozy little house with a great location! Very relaxing and close to the beach. Not a lot of ppl around the time we went. Close enough to everything to be able to explore the coast and Ocracoke day trips. SO much to do! We would definitely stay here again.

Semi-Ocean Front, 50 ft from Private Beach Access. Great South Nags Head Location about halfway between the piers. Location is prime surf fishing and only minutes to Pirates Coves and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Minutes to all of the restaurants, shopping and activities.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Proximity to the beach and having its own private beach access shared by the private street were major pluses. Not having to cross any roads and being able to just pick up and carry our things 50ft without having to get in the car is ideal for us.
