Little Pink Cottage OBX in Nags Head, NC

Come stay at our Little Pink Cottage in south Nags Head, NC located roughly halfway between the two piers (Jennette’s and OBX fishing piers). 50 ft from the private beach access. Recently renovated head to toe! Sleeps 6 comfortably with super comfy mattresses and pillows. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, newly tiled interior bath, heated outdoor shower, screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, storage room with a washer and dryer, new central air system, TVs, wifi, cable, Roku TV, board games, and a Weber charcoal grill.

The Outer Banks has been awarded numerous times as the top beach for families! Nestled between Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills and Old Oregon Inlet, this area offers an endless amount of water and dune activities.

We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, comfort, and proximity to the beach! You and your guests get the whole house to yourself and will love not having to cross any streets walking to the private beach access. Spend the day on the beach and then grill out and enjoy the screened in patio views & ocean wave sounds!

You have the whole cottage to yourselves - a total of 754 sqft. There is a lockbox on the house that you will be given a code prior to your stay. Additionally, there are 3 parking spots on our property.

Guest check in is 3:00 pm

Very cute place to stay for a couple of nights and convenient to the OBX Triathalon sites. Loved the shell decor and artwork. Master bed leg could use some cushion according to my toe. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Cute, clean, well decorated. Very comfortable king bed. We rented linens which worked out well. It was exceedingly hot while at the OBX and the air conditioner worked great, as well as the overhead fans. WiFi access was great, the kitchen well stocked. Washer Dryer were amazing. Great beach access, close to restaurants and shopping. Only downside is no real closet space. It is a great spot.

This was our second time staying at the little pink beach house. We are a family of 4 and it is just perfect for us. A very short walk to the oceanfront and so peaceful. We hope to go back a third time!

Great OBX Location

The Little Pink Cottage is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the surrounding attractions the Outer Banks offers. The Booth family is fantastic to communicate with and they make everything simple and pleasant.

Loved it here!

Cute and cozy little house with a great location! Very relaxing and close to the beach. Not a lot of ppl around the time we went. Close enough to everything to be able to explore the coast and Ocracoke day trips. SO much to do! We would definitely stay here again.

The Pink Cottage get away

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet stay at the pink cottage to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We live at Smith Mountain Lake , however my wife was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves the ocean. She was particularly happy to hear the waves breaking and feel the cool ocean breeze.

Perfect weekend location and place

We came down to the Outer Banks for a late fall fishing trip with my son, dad and I. The place is 30 feet from the beach, three bedroom, private road access to the water. Exactly what we needed. Communication with tue owners was great and they were extremely helpful.

Perfect little getaway cottage!!

This was by far MY most favorite and memorable place to stay in a while. Cleanliness and comfort are top priority to me so I can assure you this place was both fresh and cozy. It smelled so nice and didn't have a musty smell that many beach places have. The owners even left us a small bag of candy (Recees cups and pop rocks--made me think back to my childhood!). Yum! Thank you! My husband and I chose to stay here after looking at many properties online. I was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year and found it fitting to stay in a PINK This quaint and adorable little cottage was decorated in soft, soothing pastel colors with pops of brighter colors and the cute beachy decor added a sweet touch. The master bedroom was roomy and the bed was ample and soft. The bedding plush and extra blankets were provided. My husband and I slept well. I appreciated the ceiling fans in every room. The owners description and photos are clear and accurate. Dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper were provided along with an ample supply of bath towels. Each bathroom even had soft soap pumps for hand washing. We were thankful not to have to buy these items. We stayed here off season (I HIGHLY recommend staying off season) because it is so peaceful & quiet. You literally have the entire beach to yourself. We walked the beach nightly, rode bike trails, enjoyed the local shops, restaurants and took a trip to tour lighthouses.

Perfect little gem

We were in town for a wedding, so found a little spot nearby the venue. This was a perfect for our little group! Decor was tasteful- like a cute pink nautical cottage (sometimes beach rentals can be SO cheesy - this one is done well). Quick access to the beach, plenty of space on the screened porch to enjoy breakfast with the family or have a quiet cup of coffee while you listen to the waves. We plan to keep this spot on our radar and bring our daughters with us next time.

Semi-Ocean Front, 50 ft from Private Beach Access. Great South Nags Head Location about halfway between the piers. Location is prime surf fishing and only minutes to Pirates Coves and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Minutes to all of the restaurants, shopping and activities.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Proximity to the beach and having its own private beach access shared by the private street were major pluses. Not having to cross any roads and being able to just pick up and carry our things 50ft without having to get in the car is ideal for us.
