Ocean front, in the prized south nags head community this lovely home has been updated with new appliances, windows, decks and siding. Updated in 2018 stainless steel appliances and all new open interior, Cloud 9 is all of the creature comforts of home and yet still uniquely old-school Outer Banks. With wide beaches you are walking distance to both the surf and Outer Banks fishing pier with the popular Fish Heads restaurant and bar. If you leave the comfort of this lovely home you were a short drive from the Tangier Outlet malls, Oregon Inlet fishing center, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jeanette's pier and aquarium, Historic town of Manteo and have a good head start to all of the unexplored southern beaches.

You will be surprised when you see how spacious and beachy this property is! Appliances were current and easy to use, everything was provided. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Beach access was easy (1-2 min) and the view was gorgeous! We hated to leave!! Access to nearby sites like Bodie Lighthouse…literally 10 mins away! Right in the heart of things…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The host was very responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. The house has a great location in proximity to the beach and the pier. There were boogie boards, corn hole, bocce ball, and a ping pong table. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location. Easy access to the beach only a short walk over the dunes. Very spacious living area and bedrooms. Large TV and plenty of seating. Basic items available for the beach like chairs. Only negative was the mattress we used could be better, but it wasn't bad. Overall very nice house and location.

Great place!

Very clean, property manager/owner was excellent. Beach access is not clear, renters behind us blocked shared access, had to walk through overgrown path. Laundry situation was weird at best, left over items in washer & dryer … deterred us from using. Plan to bring bath towels and bed linens. Great kitchen and open living space. Can’t beat location, plenty of beach space. Would 100% stay here again.

Very Clean & spacious!!!!

The house was perfect for us. Very clean & spacious!!! The location was not my favorite. It was close to the pier & a popular restaurant which made it a little busy. The host was excellent, and very pleasant to work with.

Great stay in OBX

Great property location a little out of the crowds but still easy access to all the restaurants and activities. Well stocked kitchen and very large tv for family movies. Very prompt response and easily accommodated a need with an infant and two year old. Would book again.

Beach House Getaway

Great house far enough away from all the craziness! Great location! Walking distance to Fishheads which was awesome! Zach was awesome dealing with when we had a small issue at check in and responded so quickly and made everything right! We had a great time and it was just right for the four of us for my birthday weekend getaway!

Perfect house for our family!

Great location and very comfortable. We especially enjoy the well-appointed kitchen because we love to cook! This is our third year returning and it never disappoints! The owners are also very considerate.

Great time

The property manager did a great job replying to questions and the house was great! If I had to search for a complaint, it would be the stairs to the laundry in the basement are super steep for older people. We just used the outside stairs and it was fine. The house is very nice and close to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Family Surf trip

This was our first trip to the outer banks so choosing a location was a shot in the dark. We really had to rely on post description to pick a house to rent. The description of the house was spot on and be beach was even closer than expected! The house is prefect for a small family. Location was like it says; close to everything but far from the hustle and bustle. The sunsets from the kitchen window are noteworthy. The host responded quickly and handled any issues promptly.

Nice OBX rental

Nice stay in OBX, the kitchen was nicely stocked. I missed that we needed our own bath towels and sheets but there were extras for us to use, which we appreciated. Plenty of beach chairs and toys too.

Nice Location

Nice location but there is no ocean view. House had a moldy smell that was coming from the garage area. The living room furniture needed cleaned and I had to remove the shower curtain because it was dirty. We cleaned it a little and had a great time.

Another great week!

Very impressed with host (Zac) and the property! We have stayed in his properties the past 4 years now. He has always been very responsive and super helpful. The property is stocked well with all the items we need and overall is a perfect setup for us. Highly recommend the property and renting from Zac. Thanks again for a great week!
