Spot on!

This rental was exactly as described and just what we were looking for! The location was perfect as well. Kurt was always responsive even though we only exchanged mostly pleasantries. We did leave a few things behind in the closet and he was quick to check with the cleaning crew and a friend of ours living in the area was able to pick them up for us. The condo was clean and so nice and the views were amazing! We look forward to a repeat stay!

CMAFest - easy access

We came for CMAFedt. Wanted a safe, walkable area. It was perfect! Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan. Walkable to restaurants too. Nice view of river. Comfortable furnishings. It was a great place to hang between sessions. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. We plan to back for a long weekend soon.

Nashville Getaway

We stayed at this Cityview apartment & it is ideal. Clean and comfortable, close to downtown. Easy checkin with code, secure garage parking for our rental. $6 Uber rides to downtown bars so we didn't need a designated driver. Perfect for 2 couples- King & Queen bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with dishes, pans, coffee pots- Mr. Coffee & Keurig. Would stay again. Thank you.

Comfort and Convenience

Family lives next to this location so that was a key factor. Super convenient for our needs, close to downtown, and mere minutes grom the airport. The top floor apartment facing north has a nice view of the river, thoughful ammenities, and is tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal, minus ingredients! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville.

A bit disappointed

Start with the positives. Great location with a great view! (minus the homeless camp in the trees between the unit and the river) Access to the unit was smooth and easy with secure parking garage. The issues. You WILL hear 3 or 4 trains each morning between 6:30am and 8:00am. You WILL hear the "jake breaks" from big rigs on the freeway overpass at all hours of the day/night. You WILL hear trucks dumping metal into a barge on the river nearly each day. There must have been long term renters in this unit previous to our stay and the cleaners need to step up their game. Showers have mold, the vinyl plank flooring needs a deep cleaning and the windows have children's hand prints. There were no paper towels, napkins, kleenex or even a sponge to clean dishes. We made a trip to Target to stock up the unit and left it for the next renters. Loved Nashville and plan to come back. However, we will find someplace else to stay next time.

3 day stay

Condo was as pictured. Easy access to property. However, be prepared to hear trains right next to building. The view is fine of you look beyond the industrial recycling out the window. Also, noisy loading onto barges. If you're used to city noise it may not bother you. The building itself is quiet. Unit did not have enough supplies. We bought dish soap, lysol wipes, extra paper towels, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. There was only one bath towel per person. Cleanliness was lacking. On a good note kitchen was stocked well with reusable items; utensils, dishes, cooking utensils, cookware, baking dishes and bowls. Also, close proximity to downtown.

Beautiful views and an awesome home base

A few friends and I stayed here for a couple of nights for a girls' getaway, and it couldn't have been a more perfect spot. The views were amazing, the place itself was very clean and spacious, and it was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Nashville. I didn't need to deal much at all with the owner/manager (which is a good sign), but when I did they were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Nashville.

Great location

Property was great for what we needed - close to downtown and easily accessed from the airport. Some difficulties regarding payment and a discrepancy between HomeAway and the property manager. Hopeful it will be resolved.

VRBO vs Hotel

This was the first time we booked a VRBO. It was so much better than booking a hotel room. Plenty of room for two couples and all the comforts of home.

Perfect honeymoon spot

We loved the apartment for its location and bathrooms and having two bedrooms! A couple of negative spots...we weren't able to get into the place until 5:30 due to walking in at 3:00 and discovering that it had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. When we returned...it appeared clean...we doubted the thoroughness, just hope the sheets were changed. The guest bedroom TV would not come on either. Overall it was an excellent place and we would stay again...the management just needs to check on the cleaning crew. Within walking distance to most downtown attractions. Wonderful river view...be prepared for trains sounding their horns at starting at 6:55 a.m. Lol The parking garage is awesome. Very nice feeling the car is safe overnight...the property is extremely quiet!
